An excellent local greek tavern that gets packed on the weekends. The lamb is absolutely delicious and the portions are huge! One greek salad should be enough for 3-4 people! Good service and fair price. Not expensive at all. On the day we were there it was packed and people were dancing. Seems like a go-to place for locals, where everybody knows everyone. We had a great time, and I even got to dance with them! The Tavern is about 15 minutes from the airport. If you are arriving or leaving, I would recommend stopping by to eat great food and have a good time.

The Old Station restaurant in Lavrio is a great choice for Greek cuisine. At the central point of Lavrio, in Heroes Square, you will find a traditional but at the same time modern restaurant, surrounded by plenty of trees and flowers, at the point where t
Not too hungry we arrived from Kea by Ferry, checked in Hotel Nikolakakis and found this restaurant at 50 m from the hotel. We ordered appetizers only and enjoyed it. We had french fries, fried zucchini, crab salad, tzatziki, bread and 1/2 liter of white wine. It all tasted good especially the crab salad. Service was efficient and friendly.

We went here after an event with the family. The portions are insane. Excellent salads, bread, chips and tzaziki - problem is that you are full before any of the meat comes and much of it gets left in the table. lamb chops and lamb shanks were superb. Avoid Kokoretsi - itâs just not very nice no matter how well prepared. There is a carnival atmosphere on the little street as this huge place and the taverna opposite (also huge) vie for trade with some balloon sellers and honking cars thrown into the mix.Very enjoyable afternoon with the only detracting factor being the waste of food in the place. Plates of food left on tables afterwards which is a bit sad. Kalyvia tops for meat taverna though.

Stopped for a quick bite enroute to temple of Poseidon. Wonder selection of tasty meat on stick... chicken, pork, veal, lamb, sausage... and all were excellent. Great food and great value!

The food quality is not bad, but it's overpriced (plus medium to small portions) for a souvlaki place. I've eaten several times there, but I would not visit again.Î¥ÏεÏÏιμημÎνο γενικά,Î»Î¿Î³Ï ÏοÏοθεÏίαÏ. ΣÏεÏικά ÎºÎ±Î»Ï ÏαγηÏÏ, αλλά μικÏÎÏ Î¼ÎµÏÎ¯Î´ÎµÏ ÎºÎ±Î¹ Ï ÏηλÎÏ ÏιμÎÏ. Πάμε γι' άλλα.
Marios Souvlaki is the best place if you want to taste traditional Greek souvlaki and other delicious Greek plates.
If you're around you should try it's pork souvlaki (kalamaki) and chicken kebab. Definitely not a place that would cheat tourists. Highly recommended by a local. Letâs not focus on the plague of bad food Iâve eaten across Greece because we finally found a Gem. This place serves amazing salads and fantastic meat which seems hard enough to find but added to this the staff are charming. Itâs our kitchen for the stay as I canât stomach much more ordinary. Definitely worth a visit. Just had kebabs with pistachio and the meat comes tender and perfect. The beer with name like piercing I couldnât stop drinking.
