We would never have known about this fantastic restaurant if we hadnât been taken here by our wonderful Japanese hosts. It is a traditional restaurant, with seating around a low table and in a separate room for each group. Luckily, for those of us whoâs knees are an issue, thereâs a hollow under the table to put your legs! After some tasty entrees, each person was served a very large slab of raw steak onto the central hot plate. You could cut it up and cook it as you preferred. The steak was melt-in-your-mouth! Best I have ever eaten! This was a once in a lifetime meal for our family!!!
