I had made reservations for 7 PM. Our party arrived at 6:56 PM, so I thought we were doing really well. The hostess said that she would honor our 7 PM reservation and that we could wait until then. There were many empty tables so it wasn't as though there was no place to put us. When we balked at having to wait she held firm, even though the clock was ticking toward 7. At 7 she seated us. We asked for the manager who defended the hostess, Leslie, as a really sweet young woman, very kind. To us she was snippy not sweet. Our waiter Spencer came over promptly and took our drink orders, which were served quickly. We then sat there for 30 minutes before my husband called him back. He said we'd been having such an animated conversation that he didn't think we were ready to order. (I would note that we were there for dinner, and there were still many empty tables.) The food was fine, everyone enjoyed their meals, but the overall atmosphere was disappointing. We've been going to Jaxx since they opened in 1982 and this was a real downer experience.

Table sticky, asked the waitress to clean it up, I had to clean it up by myself with a wet cloth... she was insisting that the cause was the table finishing. I used a clean table napkin to clean up. Result? Napkin was dirty!!! We left the place without even excuses... never more! Hello,Thank you for letting us know about the issues you experienced. Enjoyed a great Lunch at Al Biernatâs North! My Wife, Daughter, Son-in Law and I had dined at this location when it was Del Friscoâs Double Eagle Steakhouse a few years ago. Really like how Al Biernatâs has remodeled the interior to lighten/brighten up the restaurant! The best Baked Potato I have ever enjoyed accompanied my excellent Steak/meal. Recommend Al Biernatâs North!!

Located in North Dallas, III Forks serves the ultimate in Texas French cuisine. III Forks is a restaurant that has recreated the grandiose lifestyle experienced by Texans who believed that fine dining was a perfect combination of great food, great service
I wanted to like this place. It has a lot of charm. But when you walk in and sot down at your table ....you cant help to notice the water stain ceilings or the dirty linen walls. The tables are antiquated and poor condition. I was hoping that the food would make up for the lack of ambience like the appetizer .. nope.. or the steak ... it was âmeh.â I said I really wanted to like this place but when you look at its serious competition Like Nick and Samâs and Del Frisco III Forks need a major makeover and a renovation... For the money you might as well go to Dunstin steak house itâs cheaper in the foods is probably just as average.Thank you for dining with us and for your review. I'm sorry that the ambiance was not outstanding and that your meal was not exceptional. I'd like to look into this further for you. May I please have the name used for your reservation?

Here on business and this place offered a nice break. The room is pleasant, the staff is professional without being stuffy and the food excellent. Has a full and competent bar, an interesting menu and comfortable chairs. Noise level was just right- pleasant buzz , so warm but no need to shout at your dinning partners. We will go back.

We arrived early and was seated right away. Wine was good, but when we asked for simple things like lemon slices, it took 3 different people. Asked for more bread and never got it. Manager had to finish serving us for some reason.. not very good at it. Dessert was dry and old.

a. Texas de Brazil, is a Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, that features endless servings of ï¬ame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage as well as an extravagant salad area with a wide array of seasonal chef-crafted items.
I went there with my girlfriend from Dallas for lunch. A diverse upscale soup and salad bar for starters. Then we turned our fichas to green and the gauchos started servicing the meat--with cut the meat to our plates. The service was very personable. The food was awesome. The salad selections were great and the meats were amazing and cooked to perfection. The meat service is a Brazilian churrascaria (flamed--grilled beef, pork, lamb and chicken). We were so full at the end of our meal, that we ordered our desserts to be packed so we an eat them later. The price was quite pricey-- the lunch is $45.99 w/o drinks. The lunch is 24.99 w/o drinks--on their website. They are open Monday thru Thursday from 5 PM to 9:30 PM on Friday and Saturday, they are open to 10 PM.

We were celebrating a special occasion and the reputation of this restaurant had us all excited about a best in class experience. Unfortunately there was not one member of my party that had that good experience. The meat was overcooked, the seafood was rubbery and cold, the price tag was astronomically high considering the poor quality of the food. Iâm not sure if this is just a bad day for the restaurant, however at $51 a plate, there is no room for these kinds of mistakes. I will never go back.

As it's been a hot minute since I've written a review for one of our favorite places, here I go...We were in last Friday and had the Copper River Salmon, which is a personal favorite! All I can say is: WOW!! It and the evening salad special that night were a true hit! It was one of the most enjoyable meals we've had!I'd be remiss not to mention the excellent service we receive EACH AND EVERY time we're here! When they say "you're family", they actually mean it! The service is by far some of the best we've encountered and it's consistent, as well! Management is on-site and hands-on! I believe that makes all the difference! If you're looking for a truly lovely dining experience, please give Chamberlain's Chop House a try. If it's been a "hot minute" since you've been in, why? We'll see ya Friday!
