We came here after reading the great reviews online and were not disappointed. The staff were really friendly and very accommodating as my partner and I are both vegan. We opted for the â5 Curriesâ which were many little taster bowls and dishes of amazing Sri Lankan food! We had dhal, veggie curry, pumpkin curry, butternut squash curry and then amazing smokey aubergine, green beans and some others too! The staff kept refilling the dishes for us too so we definitely left feeling very full. The food is flavoursome and the place welcoming and atmospheric. Definitely recommend a visit here! A really good option for evening dinner.

I had dinner here this evening and the host family could not have been more accommodating or friendly. The restaurant is not easy to fine, but once there you are made very welcome. The meals were very fresh, the roti delicious and the prices very reasonable. I would not hesitate recommending the Mango Tree, even if just to meet this lovely family and a Pinky the dog.

We stopped hear on recommendation of our driver and were convinced as it was one of the few restaurants that had customers. We saw the Kotthu and decided that would be our order along with vegetarian SriLankan rice and curry. The Kotthu was amazing. Worth trying

Have been to the restaurant tonight for a dinner with my family and our guide and it was very nice. Restaurant was very crowded, though weâve had to wait some time, but itâs definite worth it. Everything was freshly cooked (nice Roti Koutta) and we would also recommend the Lassi Juices (we had Mango and Papaya). Also not a problem to come with a small child as they do meals less spicy on order. We will come again.

So good I visited twice during my trip to Sri Lanka. Chandy the host, provided an excellent selection of Sri Lankan dishes. I canât rate highly enough. Probably two of the best meals I ate during my holiday. Make sure to stop in by!

The food here is fresh and delicious! My sister and I shared the curry and rice - which came with 6 different curries, rice and papadam, the devilled chicken which also had rice and a great serve of vegetables, and a roti. We then had banana fritters and Ice cream which were also yummy! It was so delicious and great value. The family were very accommodating and friendly. We would highly recommend!
Our restaurant produce freshly made food with only natural ingredients. We pride ourselves with delivering a truly authentic taste of local Sri Lankan dishes.
After looking through TripAdvisor we decided on Kenoli because every review was excellent so we drove over and were not disappointed the family are very friendly and the wife took us into the kitchen to show us how she cooked the curries. And the husband Gama Gedara gave us lots of advice on things to do in the area.Lovely family and the food is one of the best in Sri Lanka, we have been here 1 month and it is so disappointing when you go out for food and most of the menus are European style -the curries are to die for, thank you so much for a great evening. Dear Thorpe,Thank you very much for taking your valuable time to share the great comments regarding our food and service. We are extremely glad you enjoyed your food in our little restaurant. It was pleasure to sharing experience with you & your family. We are looking forward to welcoming you to our place.Thank you very much again for giving us 5 star review & coming to our place.
