After a hard days cycling my husband dragged me protesting up another 200m climb to this restaurant...Am I glad he did.The position beneath the Pyrenees is spectacular, the food is awesome. Not cheap but worth every Euro. If you like beef, the steak is excellent. The â¬20 menu is really top notch and comes with a bottle of good chilled red wine. 3 courses. The grassy area surrounding the place is arrayed with plenty of seating, so you can take your beer and wander off to seat your self to look at the view from under the shade of a tree or on the terrace. There is camping here too on very well maintained grassy areas, not a darn bungalow in site, though there are electric hook ups. Lovely. Will go far out of my way to enjoy it again.

Estuvimos el pasado dÃa 1 de Agosto con nuestros hijos. QuerÃamos llevarlos a comer chuleton. Gracias.

I ordered a tasting menu whose topic was mushrooms. Out of 6 or 7 dishes, most of them were of really high quality. I ended up completely satisfied with the experience of tasting such different and wonderful dishes. And if you consider the price -25 euros including wine-, all I can say it is: excellent! However, my wife went for the standard menu, 20 euros I think, and she disliked it a lot. "Big quantities, but poor quality" she said. Average at the end of the day. So, my overall evaluation is an average of both :)

nos recomendaron que fuéramos porque habÃa infinidad de tapas, pues por lo que nos explicó entre semana node todas maneras nos sacó una tostada con cangrejo y unas croquetas, todo muy bueno, 30 euritos para 5 personas.

Didnât eat in the restaurant but we phoned our order in and the restaurant called us about ten minutes before they were ready for us to take away. Good quality, good price (average about 10 euros) and tasty.

This place is the perfect stop on the way to Spain from France. The people serving and cooking here are so nice and you can taste the love in the food. Very fresh and hearty home cooking, I can't fault a thing.

Me and family went for pizza and surely we didn't get disappointed. A really tasty meal accompanied by some nice live music during the hot month. A nice place to eat and relax. Just regret the sangria was not top quality...

We stopped for lunch here on our way through from Dieppe to Mazarron in Murcia. What a lovely, characterful bar/restaurant , full of locals which is always a good sign. There was an excellent Menu del Dia on offer but we chose tapas because they looked so good, and home made, too! Meatballs, black pudding, sausages cooked in cider, wonderful patatas bravas...unfortunately we couldn't eat any more as the portions were so generous! We finished with lovely, thick hot chocolate as it was so cold outside. There were also mussels, cod, chicken, partridge and pork dishes on offer - we would definitely recommend this place and will be calling in again, for sure.

We always drive past this restaurant, we didnât like the look but we went in to try it out.The service was good and the waiters were nice and were trying to make it pleasant. The starters were not very good (fidegua), however the main course (carrillera) was very tasty and satisfying. Taking in general the deserts were delicious. My favorite dish was the carrillada de iberico and the lemon ice cream was very good.

Great food, great ambiance, delicious mountain kind of food. Very impressed by the Chuleton de vaca rubia, some sort of blond cow steak. Home made desserts are to die for. We will be back...too bad is too far from Miami.
