Puedes comer o cenar aunque prefiero ir de noche a tomar alguna copa.Lo conozco de toda la vida y ha pasado por muchas manos... ahora no lo llevan mal y merece la pena pasarse y probarlo.

This bar has always served good cheap food with friendly efficient service. Unfortunately standard of service has dropped and it is almost impossible to order and even more difficult to pay! Pitu needs to waken up to how bad things have become.

Have eaten here several times and they have never failed to impress. Food impeccably cooked by a Basque chef and served with aplomb by either his wife or his son . Love this place, pizza's are freshly made and are lovely, pasta dishes also cooked fresh and it's very tasty. We visit every time we are in Torreblanca. The owner is very polite. Would highly recommend a visit. Look forward to visiting again soon

Thirteen years holidaying in Alcossebre when we noticed Gastrobar Joan had opened a few years ago. Looked nothing special so we ignored it until this year. Today walking by we thought letâs try it. What a find. 4.5 stars on Trip Adviser. We were first in at 8.00pm and every table had a reservation ticket on it. Good sign. By 9.15pm it was full both inside and out. We noticed our table was relet for 10.30pm so plenty of time. We were served by Sandie and another delightful young lady Both chatty, friendly and welcoming. Great Ambassadors. For starters we choose eggs, potatoes (in reality crisps) and Iberian ham and also prawns in garlic. Huge portions for both and both tasty and enjoyable. Then cod in garlic with potatoes and vegetables and tuna tartar. Both stunning in taste and superbly presented. All washed down by a lovely dry Rosado. Then a bill for 80 euros including two bottles of water and some chips. Great value, great food, great staff, great ambiance. Will most certainly return. Ignore at your peril. Muchas gracias por sus agradables comentarios, esperamos verles pronto, un saludo

We visited with a group of 12 persons with no reservation, no problem. The waiter Adrian spoke good English. Menu is really great value for money, â¬15 all in. This Restaurant is able to cater for 400 maybe more, absolutely amazing the food was served quickly and Hot. Would recommend this Restaurant, a really good experience. Will go again another time.

Refurbed, looked nice from outside and is very nicely done.We first went on the Sunday and enjoyed the special menu. Mixed starters to share, then choose your main and dessert courses. Presentation - made your mouth water just looking at the food. Perfectly cooked. Waitress very helpful. Service excellent. We returned some days later to check out Menu Del Dia. Absolutely spoilt for choice. For those with a sweet tooth there is a hard to resist selection of desserts - old favourites and several different ones. Will certainly be back soon. Do I recommend it ? You bet I do ! ! Go check it out yourself, give yourself a treat ! !

We love this restaurant and have always had excellent service until this summer. Our first visit was excellent but on the second visit (for a special occasion), we were served the wrong drinks before lunch, were given no nuts or olives (which is standard) and the tostado con tomate was served with our starters rather than with a gap between them. The food was still very good but they failed to meet their usual high standards of service.
