They start with a complimentary taste of shrimp broth, accompanied with salsas and fresh tostados. Amazing Shrimp cocktails with very generous amount of large shrimp. We ate lunch there twice and had great food and service both times Highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our lunch here! Admittedly, this was one of the "nicer" restaurants we went to during our visit to Guadalajara -- we were staying and touring with friends who live there, and most of the restaurants where we went were more local and rustic (which means cheap eats). So this was a very different vibe for us.The artwork and mosaic work is beautiful. The birria was delicious, and the sweet corn cake for dessert was absolutely fantastic. My only knock is that I suspect the tortillas were not made in-house. I can't prove it, but most of the places we ate had in-house corn tortillas, and they have a different texture and thickness.

Deliciosa comida tÃpica de Jalisco y sus alrededores, sabor casero y ambientación de una casa tÃpica de pueblo.
i just spent the day touring the Guatalajara area with friends from Seattle, and our dinner at Mitotes was the highlight of our day. This fun little restaurant served traditional Guatalajaran dishes with a creative flare. The recipes come from the owner's mother, grandmother, and aunties. We shared several dishes and really enjoyed them all. Try the chocolate froth popsicle for dessert!

The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff attentive and my meal was very good. I had a fettuccine dish with a Mexican twist. It had a cilantro and Poblano light sauce. With tender, moist chicken it was a standout. I would go again and try something Else.

I had dinner with a group of friends and family here. I was skeptical about the birria. The atmosphere was home-style. Everything is fastidiously clean. The service was great. The food was amazing across the board. The queso fundido was one of the best that I have had. The birria was hands down the best that I have ever had. Overall this place provided a wonderful experience. Yeah it's goat, but don't worry, it's delicious.
