Liquid Lib's is a key member of the Lutherville dining scene. They have dozens of wines by the glass and a full wine store for off-the-shelf purchases. Start your meal with a sampling of meats and cheeses and move on to flat breads - especially "The Gringo" which is a delicious combination of pepperoni, sausage, and hot peppers. Live music is a staple here - usually a solo guitarist for background. The location boasts fireplaces and sofas for comfort - especially in the winter - and it's a great place to watch the Orioles or Ravens on TV too. If you need a wine recommendation, ask for Nick; he knows his stuff!!Such a wonderful review, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We are happy to serve our loyal guests our amazing menu items, accompany them in a cozy atmosphere or recommend the perfect wine to pair with your meal.We welcome everyone to give us a try, as we have something for each person. Thanks again and we hope to see you soon.

La Tolteca is a loud, funky, fun sort of place with wonderful wait staff. Everyone of the staff I had contact with was pleasant and accommodating. The food was a little disappointing. The salsa presented with the corn chips was good. I had an enchilada and a tamale with black beans. There was lots of chicken in both the enchilada and the tamale, butt the taste was quite bland...the black beans could have used a little garlic and some more spices as well. The Mexican draught beer was ok. I like the place....and would like to be able to give them a better rating.

My sister & I were staying at a nearby hotel and needed a quick lunch. We're familiar with Baja Fresh restaurants and thought this would be a good choice. We were right. Our order was taken promptly by a cheerful staff. I ordered a Baja Burrito with pulled pork. My sister got a soft taco & chips. Our total was less than $15. By the time we got our drinks and picked out a few salsas off the salsa bar, our order was ready. My burrito was HUGE and filled with fresh ingredients. Ditto for my sister's taco. And the chips were fresh & crispy. All the salsas and pico de gallo were delicious. We left there stuffed. The restaurant looked clean & well-maintained. There were employees circulating & cleaning up while we were there. We didn't stop in the restrooms so I can't comment on their cleanliness. And it was around 35 degrees so we didn't use the outdoor patio.Basically this is the perfect place to stop for a quick & fresh lunch.

At first I did not have high expectations. A restaurant in a shopping mall, empty, average decor.Ordered the Carne Asada plate- Excellent presentation; vg food and vg service. The place filled up as we ate, the locals all know this spot.Nothing fancy, recommend for an easy, filling lunch or dinner. They had some really good looking rotisserie chicken and a charcoal oven as well.
