My wife and I had the menú del dia, which cost 12 euros during the week. We started with mussels, an enormous dish enough for four people. I have never eaten so many mussels in my life. After came a spicy pork dish called zorza, which was delicious. We had bread and water and finished with a very good flan. Excellent value for a moderate price.

A little gem tucked away - good honest family food at incredible value - 9⬠for a 3 course lunch inc bottle of wine - menu may vary from day to day - the portions are ridiculously big !! Try this one out !

Was here for dinner. It overlooks some impressive views over the Galicia Coast.Owners so nice and make you feel at peace in this simple but pleasant place. Food is decent and very reasonable.

A family run restaurant - don't be deceived by its bar like appearance ! The dinning area is in the back. A local gem it's the owners wife Mari that does the cooking. Great food and look out for the menu de dia offers- I highly recommend Rio Sor.

Good restaurant with good service, a tossup with the Planeta. Good to try both.

A friend recommended this restaurant and we spent almost three hours there eating good food, drinking a great Galician wine (MencÃa) and having a good conversation. The place is really calm we ate outside at the terrace, also very quiet (no main roads very close). The beach is really close so itâs perfect for the summer time. No modern cuisine, 100% Galician tradition: top ingredients & good portions. Tough this restaurant itâs very well-known for the good quality of the meat (the steak was tasty), the fish and the sea food were also delicious.

After some very disappointing eating experiences on this tour of northern Spain we were recommended this restaurant by our host and somehow managed to walk in and get a table for two on an otherwise fully booked Saturday night..please don't try this, book to ensure you are not disappointed. The restaurant is new, very modern in an 'industrial/Scandinavian' themed decor and staffed by very young, enthusiastic and very well trained staff. The menu is (thankfully) small (5 starters, 4 fish courses, 4 meat/veg and 4 desserts) and had we been staying longer in this area I would have willingly revisited on consecutive nights to try the lot! Ours were freshly cooked, piping hot and absolutely delicious. Get as many as you can to share and don't forget to save room for the amazing desserts! And having paid a lot more for significantly less, the bill was also a treat!

Situated right on the harbor serving superb fresh fish and seafood. We ordered grilled mussels , braised squid stuffed with onions and grilled gilt head bream - all wonderful. Home made desserts of apple layered cheesecake and pears poached in red wine were also really good. Very friendly service with some English spoken. Very happy to recommend and would go back.

Slitting in the October sunshine, in a VERY quiet village, just had a lovely lunch.Forgot about the HUGE portions that can be served. We had a very nice bottle of house white wine, bacalao with chips, pork cutlets with chips, salad, water, 2 coffees and 1 brandy. I'm a foodie and I could not finish my meal. The bill came to......â¬27.00 for 2 people!!! I THINK they charged us half price as it was lunchtime and maybe it was menu del dia instead. Anyway, very happy with food and friendly quick service. Will be back.
