This is a beautiful restaurant set in stunning scenery about 20 minutes drive from Granada, with a warm welcome and fantastic food. You can sit outdoors in their garden, or indoors by the big chimney. They have wonderful grilled and barbequed meats, soups and stews, and everything seems to be home cooked, and served with a smile. Definitely one to visit when in the area. Seems to be open during the day time mainly. Very good value - the prices were excellent. We left with full stomachs and happy smiles!

Buen restaurante, con una buena decoración . Las cervezas están frensquitas, ponen tapas gourmet, y Tambien muchos platos .Buenisimo el tataki de atun. Lamentablemente ya no está aqui.A cambiado a la Avda.de Andalucia junto a los bancos

Hoy habÃamos reservado para comer aquà 13 amigos, ningún problema con la reserva como he leÃdo en otros comentarios. El servicio muy atento y amable. La comida un espectáculo, entrecot de ternera gigante, solomillo al cabales buenÃsimo, solomillo con arándanos increÃble y el de champiñones genial. Los entrantes bien, pero nada del otro mundo.Los postres muy ricos, tarta de queso de chocolate y flan. Precio 20 euros por cabeza y sin poder comer más...Excelente.

Whilst visiting Granada, this restaurant was highly recommended. Approached by an alleyway, away from the town square, the first impression is not great. However, the food changes your mind very quickly. Having eaten fish for lunch the day before, we opted for meat this time and the waitress recommended the pork dishes. The longaniza and morcilla starter was followed by the roast suckling pig. Amazing quality and reasonably priced.First of all thanks for the time that you have dedicated us to write this review. Your criticisms always serve us to improve and to offer an increasingly careful service. The Restaurant Bar is situated on the main road around Padul and easily found, almost opposite a salt water Nature Reserve.The Food and drink here is excellent in an area of strong competition. The Tapas is of a very high standard and better quality than some in the area. Obviously popular with the local people judging by the patrons. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.Nice Bar area with a restaurant adjacent serving a good menu and 'Menu of the Day' we'll be back to try that on another occasion. Please see photos attached.Well worth a visit you won't be disappointed.

This is a lovely ice cream, cake and coffee bar in the Town Centre main street of Padul. Padul is a large market town at the top of the Lecrin Valley.This Bar is more extensive than just ice cream although it has an interesting display of ices. There is a lovely selection of cakes for sale and a very clean and modern coffee bar. There is plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor and everything is very attractive and new. The washrooms are also very clean and in good order.We went for afternoon tea and enjoyed the cakes which were very fresh and well presented. You have the choice of a take away option or sit down and take in the sights. Please see photographs attached. A nice place to take some refreshments whilst touring the Town. Crisp modern restaurant that is very nicely decorated. But somehow lacks soul. Perhaps because it built for the pre crash boom and now is rather deserted. Shame as the food and the service were very good. Just needs more people to go there. You will get good food and at good value. Three of us eat well for 77 euros.

We ate here on spec towards the end of our stay in a village near to Padul. It is a year ago now and I can't actually remember what we ate (not very helpful) but I do know that it was the best food that we had eaten. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It is (if my memory is correct) on a road going out of Padul. The tables were beautifully set out, the service good and the atmosphere friendly. It was also good value. Generally we did not find the food cheap in this area (It seemed to be cheaper on the coast)

Having visited the area for the last 15 years , this is one of the best we have visited for lunch . Beautiful food and a beautiful setting . Great atmosphere and a friendly team running front of house . There was even an entertainer offered to the children. We will definitely be coming back !
