Very welcoming and clearly they have repeat customers. The typical chips and salsa were served with a bean dip as well and the chips were just as we likeâlight and crispy. Unique Salvadoran and Mexican seafood and specialty dishes. I had the crab tacos with a delicious tomato/avocado salsa and good corn tortillas that I would have rated excellent except it was tepid and I would have liked it warm. My husband has green chili everywhere and found theirs to be ok, but again not excellent. The atmosphere is so charming, with festive decor and colorful embroidered tablecloths, that we would give it another visit.

Tonight was our first time at El Patron and we ordered take out. The food was excellent, service perfect and price quite reasonable. The servings were generous enough to have plenty left over for lunch tomorrow. My wife and I had the Enchiladas de Cameron and Chile Rellenos, both with rice and salad and we shared one Tamale De Puerco. Excellent food! Highly recommend!

I've been to many "standard" Mexican restaurants over the years, which is the category that Casamigos would be in. Let's start with the positives: ample parking, short wait times, plenty of seats, a very attentive and friendly staff and, most importantly, their surprisingly well-flavored and generously-portioned entrees. Yes, the decor is uninspiring and standard. Yes, the menu items are all the usual suspects. And, yes, it's not food truck or tacqueria gourmet, hipster, foodie Mexican food. If that's what you want look elsewhere. But, for what it is, I was most pleasantly surprised by the quality of my tamale entree, and my wife was equally pleased with the macho burrito she ordered. And I'll leave it at that...
