Tried the huevos rancheros this morning. Outstanding! Nice touch with the corn tortilla under the eggs. A bit spicy for anyone not particularly tolerant, but right down my alley! Clean facility, very considerate staff, order was out quickly.
Don't let this scare you. We are just lactose intolerant but eat vegan food frequently. This restaurant opened recently, very casual. We went on a Friday afternoon around 3pm and there were no customers. We were greeted and given our menus. After asking a few questions, we had made our choices. My husband had a Discada, which had chorizo and hot dogs with onions and peppers, it was well seasoned, corn tortillas on the side. I had beef flautas with a side of rice and beans and a small salad with ranch dressing. It was very tasty, if a non vegan would have tried it, they wouldn't have been able to tell the difference. We also had chips and black bean dip, which looked like mole, it was delicious. To finish our meal, we had ordered a smoothie made with spinach, strawberry and banana, it came out in a huge Mason jar! Glad we only bought one. It was very satisfying. I asked for pastries and our waiter said that they had blueberry muffins, so I ordered one. I am not sure if it was underbaked or the fully vegan version is supposed to be like it was, I didn't care much about it, still ate it! Service was excellent and we were very pleased to be able to have given this place a try. Perfect for everyone!

Now this is probably the closest you'll get to authentic Mexican food in town, but I favor Tex Mex, so I rate this place as average. I've only been once and it wasn't good enough to make me want to return. The salsa was heated, which we thought was weird, but it didn't taste bad. The prices are cheap here too.
