We only stopped here because it was getting close to our final destination and we wanted a beer, a snack and a wee!It seemed a modernist village with nothing much happening but we saw this bar and the word gastronomico. When we entered it was fairly busy, nice modern and buzzy, with lots of mainly men standing at the bar drinking wine and discussing whatever. We ordered a couple of beers and then tried to decipher the menu very badly. We settled on a couple of dishes then ordered some rosado. The food ordered turned out to be a cheese on toast and spicy fried chicken both very tasty.By this time more and more people came to the bar but there intention was the adjacent restaurant which by the time we left was quite full. When we were leaving a guy, possibly the waiter, came up and spoke in English and showed us the menu, the food looked great and it would have superb to have eaten there and stayed in the village, maybe next time but I have no hesitation in recommending this place on what I have had and what I have seen.

It was a Sunday night and we didn't know the area very well. We ate here as saw it in passing so didn't know anything beforehand. We had to wait maybe 25 minutes for other diners to finish and for a table to become free but them it was not a big problem and the waitress made it clear we would be next when a table became available. We ate raciones of pulpo and cecina and shared two burgers with chips. The food was absolutely delicious, we couldnt fault it. Excellent food and service and we'd definitely visit again.

My husband and I have eaten "lechazo asado" in Asador Gasolina several times, and in August we took our American visitors. They enjoyed it as much as we did!!! Incredible! The lamb was tender and moist, with a crunchy outer skin. Good leek appetizer, salad and fried potatoes, and fine Ribera wine made this a most memorable "comida". Cozy upstairs dining room and attentive service put this restaurant at the top of our list!

We ate here while staying at the Parador nearby. The town is lovely and this restaurant was a real find. The service was friendly and the food was great. My risotto was delicious!

If you love fine dining, this is the place for you. With a view of the Fuentes Carrionas Nature Reserve, the restaurant at the Parador de Cervera de Pisuerga is the perfect place to enjoy the best in regional gastronomy. Young beef from Cervera, cod, frie
We were welcomed and sat down to dinner. Our waiter was nice, wine and food ordered. We found despite many diners the room was rather frosty in terms of atmosphere. Husband said youâd think someone died.Waitress came out and dropped our starters on the table with a thud. I thought someone had upset her. Didnât feel relaxed and enjoyable.Main course arrived and about an inch from the table she dropped the dishes down again.By the time dessert arrived it was becoming a habit.Couldnât wait to leave the room. It was devoid of warmth, as if you were being fed but nobody was taking pride in service.Estimado / a Sr./Sra. En primer lugar lugar quisiera agradecerle su tiempo al darnos su opinion en referencia a su estancia en el Parador de Cervera de Pisuerga. Staying at the Parador in Cervera de Pisuerga, we were looking for somewhere to go up with the hungry teenagers on a Saturday lunchtime and came across this little restaurant in what we thought was a sleepy village on the edge of a tranquil lake. Unfortunately we didnât have a reservation so we were turned away but the waitress came after us and said they could fit us in after all. Happy days! It very quickly got very busy so we could understand the need for a booking. They have a small menu that seemed pretty simple, the star of which was steak cooked on a hot stone on your own table. The steak (sirloin) was so tender and flavoursome and the the 1 kilo (yes really) fed three with a little to spare, while I had an enormous tortilla all to myself, though it would easily have fed the four of us. The staff were so nice and helpful, despite being as busy as any weâve seen. Tortilla, two plates of patatas, half a cow, beer, water, ice cream, and coffees for â¬64. Great value and a meal to remember, do thanks for fitting us in!Book in advance if you donât want to risk being turned away though!

Don't be put off by the fact that this excellent restaurant is attached to the campsite. We went because of local recommendation, and were thoroughly pleased with the whole experience. Despite our lack of Spanish, the waitress guided us through the menu, made sure we didn't order too much, and even recommended the cheaper wines. Cod in batter, pork crackling, mixed salad, pork ribs, chicken wings and a cordon-bleu dessert all went down in a buzzing and convivial atmosphere, and at a very reasonable price. There's a bar area and some tables outside. Normally we wouldn't have given it a second thought, but we were really pleased we did!
