In a centric street, near the old bridge. Menu on holiday, 15⬠per person (IVA/VAT, drinks, coffe and desserts included). Sophisticated, high cuisine dishes. They allow pets if you need. Desserts, lemon cream and chocolate mousse were fantastic. The problem, there was only one waitress for 9-10 tables, so it was slow.

This is a good one. Grilled vegetables here are great, and so are its "canelons" (canelloni, Catalonian style). Staff is extremely friendly and although service isn't extremely fast, they more than cover by their willingness to make it a good experience.

We ate in here as we were staying at the hotel. The food proved to be very good and the hostâs excellent English proved to be a boon when dealing with some of the Catalan specialities. We had excellent calamares with another starter of their croquette selection of mushroom, ham and cod. There was a great fillet steak with excellent accompanying charred vegetables but the dessert was a bit of a let-down as it was described as sacher torte and no it really wasnât. But that aside coffee and wine were good and overall a very satisfying repast.

It´s first time I visited this new restaurant from Ca l'Enric group. It's a cool and comfortable place with a lovely terrace. Service was really profesional and aware, and the food....really very good. I'll come back sure!

Totalmente recomendable

I can recommend that non-Catalans avoid this restaurant. It is in-your-face pretentious. The owner is unfriendly, possibly because he prefers local custom as he does not speak English. The menu is more difficult to understand than The Times cryptic crossword â and I am a Spanish speaker. Our two British acquaintances were too baffled by it all and they thought that they were being purposely ignored, so they chose to leave and eat elsewhere. I chose Roast Beef (â¬12) and my wife chose Raviolis de bolets - ravioli with mushrooms (â¬10), from the same section of the menu. My roast beef was exquisite. Cold and cut wafer thin, a quantity that would leave your pet lizard still hungry. My wifeâs ravioli, however, was delicious and the portion was large. She could not eat it all. Being unsure as to what we might get we also ordered a main course of graellada de verdures (grilled vegetables). Just as well, or I would have starved. We washed it down with cold Catalan red wine at â¬10.50 â excellent. We finished with a coffee - â¬1.40. So, not overly expensive but I would not go again.

The guys here are friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. If the weather is good, a table in the adjacent plaza is perfect. It's right on the edge of the historic center, so location is great.

We stayed at Camprodon the evening of my husbandâs anniversary. We had booked the meal in advance, the ten course tasting menu. As it turns out I guess from restaurant web page and google translate from catalan that the Cal Marqès is not usually open in the evening of ordinary weekdays, still they were open for us when we asked! The service was very good and so was the tasting menu, especially the prawn carpaccio and the duck breast.I do not think I will ever return to Camprodon, but if I do, Iâll return to Cal Marqès.

This restaurant is so delicious...there's little more to say, really! If you're staying in Can Soler or Simonet, go to this restaurant at least once, it is amazing. It has traditional food from the area and everything is cooked to perfection. The Entrecot with mushroom sauce killed me. Such good food.
