Arizona Mexican Restaurant is a Mexican and German restaurant serving the Tulsa, OK area.
I love the hospitality, the service is always friendly, the food is always fresh and tasty. They don't rush and run around like they are in a hurry to get you in and out to seat the next customer. The prices are always affordable, and if you are watching your weight you can eat fresh and not blow your diet.I cannot say that I have ever had a bad experience here.

Stopped in for a quick bite and we were surprised to have an excellent meal. The salsa is fresh and tasty and the avocado salsa is great. The borracho beans are simply delicious. Very please. We will definitely come back. The service was excellent. Clean restaurant.

The food here was average. Even the comments on the rooftop view were over-rated; itâs a nice view of a HVAC unit and a few other buildings; nothing special. The top shelf margarita was, however, over the topâ¦both of them!I ate downstairs at the bar; server was really good. The chips and salsa were decent, but not outstanding like some reviews said. I got the pork red âwet burrito.â When food comes out in 3-4 minutes, thatâs a bad sign that is was pre-cooked and just heated up. For a burrito, the size was on the small side. I had to ask for more red sauce and then kicked it up with hot sauce.I went up to see the rooftop view after I ate.I was in town for a concert and in the mood for Mexican food so I walked here; not bad, just nothing special.

Only second time to eat here. Will most likely NOT return. The wait staff seemed a little up tight and impatient since we needed a few minutes to make our selection. Ordered an appetizer to ease the wait. The refried beans looked like they had been sent through a blender so many times that they were a pale looking color-almost grey. I didn't even chance tasting them because of the look and color. The rice was bland. The cheese enchiladas were not hot. Over all, I was disappointed. When my daughters fajita dinner came out with steamed veggies that she did not order and requested a replacement with beans, instead of just bringing a bowl of beans the server said that he had to take the entire plate back to the kitchen(which he did) and it took way too long for just a replacement of beans. Food is just so so...very disappointed compared to the last time I went. The name used to be El Tequila and tonight it was called Casa Tequila-same address 5001 S. Harvard Ave. First time going here at night-would recommend knowing the lay out of the parking lot before going here at night. It's right next to Skelly Drive and Harvard/51st...it's a little dark and needs better lighting to get out onto Harvard from the parking lot.

I am a fan and love Mexican food. Nothing I have ever tried at Chuy's has made me believe Chuy's is anything other than a very average chain restaurant. And, that is the problem...that is exactly what Chuy's is...a very average chain "kinda" Mexican restaurant. Chuy's is not truly a Mexican restaurant...basically, a wannabe "Tex Mex" place. The chips and salsa...again a little less than average. Chips...maybe ok, to weak; Salsa...ok, but much too watery with more heat than flavor. I was not impressed. I had "stacked" enchiladas " which was "New Mexico" blue corn tortillas with a variety of fillings between the tortillas...with Spanish rice and refried beans. All were...OK, with nothing separating them from "Average." The restaurant looks good, the staff is adequate but not great, the presentation of the food is good...but, nothing about Chuy's is better than average. Will I go back? My experience today was truly OK. My visit was ok, nothing bad, but nothing that would make me "have to go back," My answer, most likely "not" as Tulsa Oklahoma has many good to great Mexican restaurant...so, why go to average...when there are MANY...much better choices!

Serving friend and family a delicious meal in your home is deeply embedded in Mexican culture. With that in mind, Ted Curtis, our founder, set out to create a welcoming restaurant inspired by that experience. We are rooted in serving the best Mexican food
My wife and I usually eat here on Sundays, early, before the noon church crowd shows up. The fajitas are large enough for two people. We usually have the corn and potatoes for the sides. You can always tell the best Mexican restaurants by their salsa and fajitas.Chips and salsa are endless and fajitas are huge portions. You will not be disappointed.

Abuelo's invites you to experience the incredible flavors of Mexico, combining homemade cooking with rich flavors of coastal and interior Mexican cuisine
I ordered the Fajita steak salad and was absolutely delighted with it. Spring greens, black beans, corn, cheese, and a big dollop of guacamole plus special tortilla chip wedges support a large portion of succulent tender fajita steak. You have your choice of several dressing which are served in a stainless gravy boat on the side.

My all time favorite is the artichoke quasdillas! If you get the california burrito, be sure and order it with shredded beef and blanco queso on top, my guys favorite when we go.
