We were traveling through the area early in the morning and wanted a decent breakfast since we had been up for a while on our trip. We almost didn't stop as there weren't any cars outside yet, but the lights were on and people were inside. So glad we did. The service was really great to begin with. The chips and two kinds of salsa were good. I wasn't a fan of the red salsa as it had a chipotle flavor. The green sauce was my favorite of the two. I had the migas and they were definitely some of the best I've had. My husband is very discriminating when it comes to Tex-Mex. He had the huevos divorciados, and he cleaned his plate. For him to say "that was really good," well, he doesn't say that often. One of my kids ordered pancakes. I took a bite and they were fluffy and tasty as well. This really isn't far from IH-35 if you can navigate the construction in that area to exit. It's in a good location, close to Scott & White. We also noticed that they had a drive-through. I'm guessing that's a nice perk for breakfast tacos on the run. But really this is a sit-down restaurant, not fast food.

We used to have a Casa Ole in Copperas Cove, but it closed down. We stopped in on our way to Dallas and were not disappointed. Service was great. Food was just how I remembered it. I wish we lived closer to this location.
