This is my familyâs favorite restaurant. We go here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The food is always amazing and the service is always fast. Try the fajitas, they wonât disappoint!

Iâve been going to Carlos OâKellyâs since I was in college in Fredericksburg. Now we stop whenever we can. We were at the Stafford location coming home from a concert. They chips and salsa were great as was out ground beef and cheese burritos. The service is good but it can look a little hectic after a lunch rush when there are plates etc left on a lot of tables. That could be better but the food is great.

This is the type of place you can go to and get a drink--from a bottle. The staff is friendly, but the place is seriously lacking when it comes to cleanliness. The cups generally have a film on them, the plates generally have some other food stuck to them, other than what you ordered. If we go for happy hour, I get my food to go and drink from a bottle. (And that's only because someone dragged me there.) The food is heavy, not ideal for someone looking for healthy alternatives. Overall, not my bar/restaurant of choice.
