Iâve eaten here several times with both family and friends. We have never been disappointed. The restaurant is a bit small and you might have to wait to be seated depending on the time you visit but itâs worth the wait. They have the best variety of dips to go with your chips. The menu is huge and no matter what you order you wonât be disappointed. The service is friendly. Sometimes the younger kid servers can be in a hurry. However there is a middle aged Mexican woman who is always there. I donât remember her name but i think she is the manager. She is always smiling, chatty, friendly, hospitable, service oriented and makes you feel at home. She is one of the main reasons why we return time and time again. Tell her I sent you and enjoy your meal.

The connection of Rancho de Tia Rosa, to Mexico is a long-standing one. A family established and owned restaurant, this connection became the foundation of the recipes and ambiance years later in 1990 when the doors first opened. It became renowned for se
We joined a couple of friends here to celebrate my wife's birthday and had a great experience. Our server Dennis was a highlight, being thoughtful, funny and spot on. We had the obligatory Margaritas which of course were very good. For mains we opted for the Chimichangas dinner which were both delicious and filing. The ingredients show the talent of the chef and were terrific. Highly recommend this restaurant and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Really enjoy the atmosphere but have a hard time choosing this restaurant because the food is not good and portions are small and prices are high. We have been there multiple times. Sadly, I can't find one item on the menu that is above average. One time I ordered a chicken burrito hoping that this could be my "go to" item and the entire meal was beans and rice. I couldn't taste any cheese or chicken nor flavor! Please consider hiring a new chef soon and focus on awesome entree's and enticing daily specials so we can choose your location! Thank you!

I have had lots of trouble getting a super crispy chimichanga at all the other Mexican restaurants I've gone to. Not at this place! Bruno, our server, made sure it was extra crispy and my "gringo" husband had his medium rare cheese burger (bun is a Ciabbata bread) Happy hour has great prices, too. We went to Serrano's again within a month of the first time and it was just as good. Their chips are nicely thin, salsa great and they give you the first bowl of bean dip for free. Margaritas are very tasty and generous for price.

Casa De Mina offers fine Mexican dining in Queen Creek.
This place is ok for Queen Creek. If you're looking for great Mexican food, this might not be the place, but if you're in Queen Creek, you might not have better options. Chips and salsa were both great. Had the seafood enchiladas and they were average. The person I was with had the spinach enchiladas and ate about half of it and didn't finish the rest of it. Service wasn't to fast, might of been the timing.
