I got the chili & salad - chili was different but good (got 2nd's). Very friendly staff. Wait time on mid-evening Friday was 25 min. Wife's steak perfectly cooked. Atmosphere lively & friendly, decor colorful. Booths roomier than some other places.

I love Nom Noms. They have so many tasty toppings to choose from for your burrito/bowl/tacos...etc. (I love the steak bowl the most.) They also have a big selection of fresh, homemade ice cream and bars which taste great as well.My only complaint would be that itâs pretty small and constantly packed which means thereâs nowhere to sit. The line is always long so keep that in mind if you think youâre just going to run in and grab food real quick during peak hours. Obviously that says a lot about how many people love this place, and in their defense, the employees work very fast to keep the line moving. I just wish they had more seating because you feel like a sardine between the line and tight space inside. The good news is, there are separate lines for food versus ice cream. (This also means you have to get in line twice if you want both.)

First time. Lots of people waiting outside. Area for kids to run and play was good. Not sure there was waiting are inside in bad weather. Seated within 30 minutes was acceptable on a Friday night on covered patio area. Server was attentive. The bean dip was a first for me and very tasty. I ordered bacon wrapped shrimp. The bacon was slightly over cooked. The order was covered in white cheese which I thought was not needed and was not melted well. The vegetables were exceptional. Cooked so as to be crisp and flavored well. My wife ordered the carne asada which was a ribeye and full of fat. It was not well seasoned. Portions were large and after chips and drinks werenât able to finish. Would go back as not many choices in Prosper at present. Not on list of âgotta go againâ.

We stopped here for dinner and were richly rewarded. Everything was great. I had the chicken fajitas with rice, refried beans, fresh flour tortillas, salsa and guacamole. Wow, what a meal! The flour tortillas are wonderful. The fajitas feature large pieces of breast meat mixed with grilled onions and peppers. Thanks for the great review! Stopped in for lunch. Clean, nicely decorated, good friendly service. Chips and Salsa average. I tried the Chili Relleno stuffed with brisket. These are supposed to be fried with a crispy outside. Mine was soft and doughy. Meat was tender, but lacked seasoning. I ended up peeling off most of the outer layer and just ate the pepper and meat. Rice and beans were average. They need to up their game. I would not return.

This was our first time at Mesa's and we will be going back. The food and service was excellent. If you go I suggest you try the carne asada, it will not disappoint.
