Reviews on Southwestern food in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States. Fort Lauderdale’s canals and charm have earned it the nickname “The Venice of America.” The beaches offer 23 miles of golden sand, lively with the spirited antics of happy vacationers. Sail the blue-green waters on a chartered catamaran, or dive beneath the surface to meet-and-greet the local sea life. Shopping and dining al fresco on Las Olas Boulevard is one of Fort Lauderdale’s greatest pleasures, thanks to adorable shops and prime people-watching.

An oasis of inspired Southwestern fusion, Canyon consistently serves an innovative and surprising array of American artisanal cuisine with Asian, South and Central American undertones. Chipotle, wasabi, ginger, cilantro, lemongrass, basil, jalapeño, mango
Had a Saturday night dinner with friends. Decided we would try Canyon. Jessie was our server and she was terrific. Very pleasant and attentive and helped us with some great food recommendations. My wife and I are doing Keto and I wasnât sure what to order based on the menu online, but thanks to Jessie we both ended up having terrific meals. The Shrimp and Lobster Ceviche special was awesome and perfect for my Keto program and my Wifeâs Ahi Tuna was probably the best I have had. The substituted sautéed zucchini for the wasabi mashed potatoes to accommodate her and it was perfect. Fees and cooked to perfection with a nice seasoned crust, but rare on the inside. Delish !!! Our friends also raves about their dishes and the Bread pudding for dessert. A definite place to check out. I will be back. Thanks Jessie for a great evening. We're so glad you decided to give us a try and pleased you enjoyed both your food and our service. It's always great to try one of our nightly specials + of course save room for our Bread Pudding. See you soon!

Very popular and trendy spot that you can go to spend money and be seen. The food is nothing to write home about nor is the price. We usually go when there is a special occasion like a birthday that someone is having. Otherwise, meh...better Mexican is found elsewhere.

We happen to go on a Tuesday when they have their tacos on special for $2. It looked like most of the people were local and getting the tacos. The tacos were great. The interior is very neat. I can't comment on a regular meal but we loved all of different tacos we had.
