Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q serves Real Texas Bar-B-Q seven days a week. They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and group meals.
We have been huge fans of Rudyâs for many years. We make it a point to visit every time we are in Texas. Unfortunately this location always serves us cold food. The flavor of the BBQ meat is still good here but we want our food at least warm!! The cole slaw we received today wasnât worth eating. We wonât visit this location again! I have to say that the older gentleman in the store part was very pleasant though.Hi Sherri, we are very sorry to hear about your recent experience and would like to reach out to you directly. Went here per trip advisor for high rating. Chips and salsa were fresh and tasty. Everything beyond that was mediocre at best. The margaritas were meh. My husband and I shared the combination fajitas. The tortillas appeared handmade and were good. Nothing on the fajita pan was âsizzlingâ. The meat was warm(ish) and the onions and peppers were undercooked. Beans and rice and other accoutrements were forgettable. The service, however, was impeccably courteous and thatâs the only reason the stars are 3 not 2.

Our mexican cantina is a place that everyone can come and enjoy after a long day at work, or before a night out with friends. Our fun, laid back atmosphere is ideal while drinking the best tasting margaritas in the area, and enjoying a Tex Mex meal from o
Pleasant restaurant with very good service, but the food is really bland. The salsa, although pretty good, wasn't even spicy enough to bring much flavor to the items. Brisket taco, tacos al carbon, chicken and beef enchilada-everything tasted pretty much the same. Queso was ok but it also would benefit from some spice.Hey, Susan. We're sorry your dish wasn't seasoned to your liking. Our food is always made in-house, and we only use the freshest ingredients. We hope this doesn't turn you away, and instead you find your way back to give us another try again soon.Take care,Cooper, General Manager

We went here for my wife's birthday with my son from Colorado and a local grandson. We've been many times before and always enjoyed the food. This time I ordered one of the specials with Hatch Green Chili. The waiter returned and said the Hatch Green Chili sauce was gone but the alternative, a Queso Blanco sauce with Hatch Green chilies was available. The Enchiladas came with dry chicken inside and a white cheese sauce on top with two slices of very small size of some green plant. I tasted the green and it was like nothing I'd ever tasted before in the realm of a chili . . . virtually no taste at all. I ate about half of the enchiladas when a young lady (I'm assuming an Asst Manager) showed up and asked us about our food. I called her over and described my disappointment with the lack of any Hatch Green Chili taste on dry chicken enchiladas. She apologized and said she would check on it immediately. All of us expected her to return and offer some replacement or compensation. She never appeared again. I mentioned the episode to the cashier on the way out who nodded and took my money. Bad, Bad customer service. We won't be back soon.
