We ate at the El Loro in Savage several years ago and it was good. Since then, they have expanded within the twin Cities. The Eagan location is in a strip mall. The management and service was excellent. (Aside from the server who brought the chips & silverware. She literally DROPPED the silverware and chips on our table without a smile or hello. It was so odd, that we actually laughed out loud!) The chips were served with a white and regular tomato option. (Excellent) The food was great and priced well. Large menu!

Show your room key and get 10% off. I choose to sit at the bar. Stacy was my server. She took great care of me. I went during happy hour so got the Guacamole and chips and salsa. And boneless chicken wings. Chili to go for Husband. He was in route on a plane. Appeared clean. Food was good and great prices. Love there chips -salty. The Guacamole was also very tasty.

This is a modern, authentic Mxican tucked inside the Mall of America. The salsas were outstanding, fresh and bursting with flavors and heat. The guacamole was made tableside and could be customized. The enchiladas were just outstanding with poblano sauce. Make sure you order from the separate menu for normal people so you cna be sure there are no dead / killed animals lurking in your dish. The margaritas were good.

This was my first visit to Teresa's. The staff didn't seem particularly interested in greeting customers and they weren't busy. Once seated, I immediately received chips and salsa by an attentive young man. He was very personable, but I failed to get his name. The margarita was plentiful, but not extraordinary. I asked the server for her recommendation on two different meal choices and she knocked it out of the park! The Pollo San Jose was fantastic; I highly recommend it! I'll visit Teresa's again, but may try a different location.

My burger was great! The Chimi was awesome and the kids frahitas were excellent. The chips were some of the best I've ever had. The queso was THE BEST I have ever had. The flavors in everything were great. Our server was prompt quick and pleasant. The environment felt like it could use a pick me up. In the Ladies bathroom the stool seat was kitty wompus and needed replacement and had stains on it. Really? The Toilet paper was thin and placed down low on the wall so you had to bend over to find it and fight so it did not land on the floor. The kids meals were mostly 7.99 which seemed a bit high. Most of the adult means were at an average of $16.99 which also seemed a bit high. To be fair they did have a few selections that were $12.99, but none of them were anything I wanted to eat.
