Great service and delicious food! Friendly waiter, fast and efficient! Kept drinks filled and asked if we needed anything very often even though they were busy! The fajitas were delicious!

Lunch with friends on Sunday....busy with families...In a shopping center next to Kroger, they have a patio, but only two umbrellas for all the tables. Opted for indoors and it was noisy...Food: Typical fare, avocado was starting to turn brown. Would not have served that to a customer.Service: Was ok.Chips: Best part and the cheese dip.Parking: Plenty

I've visited this spot at least a half dozen times simply because it's convenient. While it's far from great. It is decent and much better than fast food. The staff is always quite friendly. However on 2 occasions food has been terribly overcooked or had the textures of leftovers. No bueno! If you're looking for good Mexican food, there are many more authentic choices in you drive a bit further.Aw, so sorry you have not had better experiences with the dishes you have chosen. We have a fantastic chef, and he would be happy to listen to your complaint and remake the dish to your liking, or simply point you in the direction of something that better suits your taste. Great to hear you have such nice service, and you are correct that if you are looking for authentic, we have never have claimed to be. Gabrielle uses his authenticly inspired recipes, but chooses to infuse a Tex Mex/ American twist to them all.Kind regards,Richard, Owner

Went in today to have dinner. We had the $22 for 2 menu items; Wife had the mango-chile chicken, which was dry and had way too much corn on it. Comes with side of broccoli and rice. I had the bacon ranch steak quesadilla, very plain, burnt, and very greasy. We both could only eat a little of our meals, so we won't order those again. Our server was Brandon, very pleasant gentleman, very efficient and helpful.Older review: We went here this past week and haven't gone to this Chili's in Hiram over several years, and though I never thought very much of their menu it certainly has gotten better since last were last there a couple years ago. The service was good, if slow , and the food was also very good this time. I guess I'd rather have a little slower service if the food was good, so that was the case this visit.I ordered the mango grilled tilapia plate, which was very flavorful and delicious. It came with a side orders of choice, I got the mashed potatoes, which were also delicious. My wife had the filet mignon which she enjoyed, and I tried it also, very succulent and cooked perfect (to medium rare, her choice). Our kids ate off the children's menu, which gives you a very good selection and pretty large portions for a child's menu. My daughter tried the strawberry lemonade, which we had never tried; very tasty and a great thirst quencher on a hot day. All in all a good experience. We had stopped going there for a few years but they have gotten better since then. Will recommend again and will definitely return.Update: Returned today, they have A new menu. I ordered the 6oz sirloin and asked for it to be cooked medium, it was cooked well, and though it tasted good it was not cooked the way I wanted it. For a side I got the loaded mashed potatoes, they were really good. Unfortunately they don't serve any rolls or bread of any kind before or during your meal, which is kind of cheap. My wife had the half order of ribs and asparagus, hers was pretty tasty, the ribs were lathered in a BBQ sauce which tasted ok but was difficult to wipe off your fingers. They should provide some wet wipes to clean your hands. Service was slow but server was polite. Meal costed about $30, I only had a tea and wife had water, so a little pricey, but overall a satisfying meal.
