I know several people whoâve been here and some love it and some donât. It was very crowded, but we were seated right away (it was after 8:00). Chips and salsa showed up immediately, drinks took another 25 minutes and a floor manager to get there. Server stated she was new...and she was definitely struggling. Waited probably another 25 minutes for our food. And this is where I became upset. I ordered the Seafood Enchiladas. The enchiladas themselves are VERY small and only have cheese in them. The âseafoodâ consisted of 4 medium size shrimp and 1 small piece of crawfish tail. The whole thing was then covered in sauce. I find it more than a little reprehensible that they charge $11.99 for this dish...and I suspect the shrimp were the frozen kind I can get at Walmart for 5.99 a bag and at least 40-50 shrimp. I wonât go there again....but, I am only visiting, so not a great chance of going there again anyway.

This is a local favorite since the early 1960's. Not only attracting the locals but many from surrounding cities as well. A favorite destination for vacationers for dine in, pick up, or drop off caterings. We start with the freshest of ingredients, provid

Where GOOD times meet GREAT food and EXCELLENT customer service!!!
let me explain myself, we went there on a Sunday morning, and there were very few people to be that day of the week (we later learned they open at 11:00 am and we were there at about 11:30ish, so that's why) we were greeted, seated and treated very nice and in a friendly manner, can't complain at all about the staff. the place is very clean and good looking and it has a nice atmosphere, but all I had said is a 4-5 stars review... but let me get to the food: cool thing you get free ice cream whenever you want, cool thing you get free refills on coffee (even though you don't get more coffee creamer the second time ) and on sodas (even though you get more ice than soda haha, but I guess you can just ask for less.) well, now the bad things, most of the food tasted odd and fake, but the quesadillas were good, until I found out I was charged 9 dollars for ONE quesadilla with NOTHING but cheese, literally that and a little side of veggies. (and I ordered 2 of those, so yes, 18 dollars just for 2 quesadillas.) oh, and the chips, not bad at all but not good, just boring and bland, as the fries, not good, not bad, but bland and boring. my mom's burrito was so fake and artificial it almost looked like a plastic tortilla filled with fake imitation meat and sauce. guess not coming back, but thanks for the great service, props to Jessica, our waitresses and the guy serving the chips and the drinks!

Can u believe this sad excuse for a bartender AJ is still here after I reported him to the manager two plus years ago for talking about me to the other staff and bar patrons loudly and rudely after I asked to use a dessert coupon. He was nice to our face but talking about me to everyone at the bar and I guess he thought we weren't paying attention to his loud mouth. I chewed him out and asked for his manager, who never did anything to him, apparently. I called corporate and reported this as well. They sent me coupons for future use at a different Chilis!!We have boycotted this place for so long and finally decided to come back for a celebratory supper with family. He was loudly singing with the radio, "I feel like makin love" he's so disgusting I can't believe he's managed to keep his job all these years. We typically go to a Chilis at a different location and never have the issues at any Baytown restaurant that we've had at the Baytown Chilis - Garth Road - location. I know he must have recognized us because he left the bar and went to speak to our server in the back. He made my Presidente Margarita with no tequila and an attitude. I watched as he poured the sweet and sour mix in it, slammed the lid on it, did a slight shake on the container and threw it onto the server pick up area. The server was laughing and started shaking it. I waited about ten minutes and went ahead and tried the drink so I could honestly tell you how bad the margarita was. A family member was astonished when I told them about our encounter with this jerk in the past and how we haven't been back since; they tried the drink and with the sour face they made I knew they understood. They agreed no alcohol in the presidente marg. Think long and hard before coming to this Chilis location folks!!! Too many other good restaurants in this area of Baytown and I-10 to put up this type of service and staff.
