We checked another off the DDD bucket list with a trip here for brunch time. Saturday at noon so we waited a bit but it was worth it. Big portions and friendly service. The kitchen sink burrito was a winner. The star is the green chili sauce. Bottle and sell that stuff on street corners! Eggs Benedict, pancakes, chicken fried steak and omelette all gobbled up. Not a cheap meal but not expensive either.

The food, service, and food are well above average. The fajitas were great as were the margs. Ambiance is very nice.

QDOBA Mexican Eats is a Mexican restaurant chain serving up big, bold flavor with customizable Mexican entrées like Burritos (wrapped or bowl), 3-Cheese Nachos, Quesadillas, Taco Salad, Loaded Tortilla Soup ⢠and original creations like the chef-inspired
This restaurant is located in Gateway Park which is near Denver International Airport and many big hotels. I was looking for a healthy option for lunch that was not Subway but most of the restaurants in this area are fast food chains. After browsing Qdoba's menu online, I saw that you could customize your meal and make it healthy. I ordered a taco salad (naked, meaning without the nacho bowl) with chicken, corn, beans, lettuce, grilled peppers, fresh salsa and dressing on the side. For $7.50, I could barely finish the bowl! The best part was the fresh cut lime or lemon that you could add to your salad.

The food was okay...there was nothing wrong with it, but I've definitely had better street tacos; their tacos were just average. I thought everything was a little over-priced; maybe a dollar or two more than I would expect to pay for the portion.
