Sa Mesa è un ristorante con cucina tipica sarda. Situato non lontano da piazza Firenze e corso Sempione. Potete gustare le nostre aragoste sarde fatte alla catalana e su prenotazione anche il classico maialino...
The outside of this place looks really really unlikely but don't be put off. The surroundings are pleasant and the waiters are fun. Good fish dishes. You are told constantly.... constantly.... that this is a sardinian restaurant. The house wine was good and... sardinian. We were given a complementary grappa at the end of the night. Thank you!Prices just too high and the tv constantly on is distracting and really out of place.

typical Lucan cuisine with fresh homemade pasta and good wines in a family environment. The chef is crazy, be careful ;)

In Milan for a short break and spotted this place on Trip Advisor (thanks to all the helpful reviews ). We decided to try it out however thanks to Google maps and our lack of map reading skills it took us longer to get there than we had hoped. It was very busy with no tables free when we arrived so we ordered beers while we sat outside to wait. The beer is their own brand I think (called Birrium, we had blond version) and it was very good, particularly as we had worked up a thirst with all that walking. The menu is mainly pizzas (there's a clue in the restaurant name ) but that suited us just fine as here were in Italy so of course we wanted proper Italian pizza. The pizzas did not disappoint, mine with ham and mushroom was particularly good, and the homemade sausage one was lovely too. Our waiter was attentive but not too much to be annoying. This restaurant has a lovely lively atmosphere and is very popular so I'd recommend booking or going early if you are a large group. Overall a definite must for pizza lovers .
