Jane California is still delicious but I think over time they lost something regarding the uniqueness of their burgers.We came back to it after 8 months since the last time, and we noticed that their delicious burgers started coming with ordinary cheddar cheese, which you can find in any burger restaurant, whereas before it was really unique: each burger would have different kinds of cheeses (Camembert, Fourme d'Ambert, and other French cheeses). We felt they're cutting down on the "gourmet burger" uniqueness and keeping the prices...Well, it was a letdown for us but not a deal breaker. However, we'll start thinking twice before coming back, really. I hope they'll read this and be aware of the disappointment this might cause the (so-far) loyal customers!Apart from that, the burgers remain delicious and the ambiance is very nice, with a lovely service (including the young magician who entertains people on Saturday evenings!)

Me and a friend ate there at noon. As soon as we passed the door we were very kindly welcomed by the hosts : they explained us the principle of a Mexican meal and its specialities. Then they brought us very quickly the selection of dished we had ordered.The food was good, we left the restaurant full and happy.Try out the Fajitas, served on a hot plate and with typical crepes!They also have burgers which feature a nice traditional bread on the contrary to other big fast food brands.

After a bad experience one year ago, we have retested this restaurant. The food was simple but good and the cidre too . The portion are a bit small from my feeling but ok for the dinner. The only remark I have is that the Boss seems under important stress and the waitress is sad. It would be good to change the 2 points to have a more enjoyed ambiance into the restaurant. Hello Laurent B, sorry for your last experience in our restaurant.I heard your criticism.But last week we worked on 115° In the kitchen itâs very tiresome and all of us were very impacted by this.On these conditions we donât have pleasure and smilesAnyway you must have a good time for a good price.But some time, we havenât smiling face and we are tired.Sorry for that.About portion itâs depend of your choice and taste.We have a small and larges dish (salads, fajitas...)And finally I want to give you an advice too : « La critique est facile, le faire est plus difficile »Et en général les professionnels de toute les professions sont exigeants mais compréhensifs.Are you agree?it's your right not to be of course.Et comme vous avez pu le constater avant et depuis votre dernier passage et votre très mauvaise critique nos clients manifestent très souvent leur contentement sur Tripadvisor et la fréquentation est en hausse régulièrement.Je comprends que le lieu et les personnes ne puissent pas convenir à vos attentes ou que le moment de votre venue nâest pas en adéquation.Je le regrette.Sachez-le aussi nous avons bien pris en compte vos remarques et que malgré les conditions climatiques exceptionnelles, le nombre important de clients simultanément, nous ferons notre possible pour garder la qualité, la quantité dans les assiettes et nous resterons zen, en pleine forme et toujours souriant!Enfin si possible...
