Our first night in Santa Cruz took us to this popular steak restaurant near the centre of Santa CruzThere were 8 of us in the party and we all had steaks including Churrasco rumpTotal bill just 360 Bolivanos (about £32) Now that's good value.Steak very tender and was complimented by about 8 different vegetablesgreat service
National and Argentinian beef.
The restaurant looks very nice and the staff is super attentive. There is a buffet with cold salads, pasta and sauces and our steaks very delicious. Attention the meat portions are quite big and we shared one menu for two people.

A place to share a great experience with family and friends enjoying the best pizzas and matambres in town.
We went 3 times, we liked the pizzas, there are few places with good pizzas in santa cruz. But the service was terrible each time, even the owner went to talk to us for a while we we just wanted to eat peacefully.. well we are not in a 5 star castel, please let the people eat :'( The music was way too loud, and when it's not the music it's the TV.... what a shame

I recently visit Santa Cruz Bolivia, and I have to say that from all the many restaurants I visited, Muelle 18 was by far the best experience I had!! The place was on a great fun live location, service was so amazing and the FOOD!! The food was one the the best meals I ever have had. Donât forget to try the traditional Pisco and off course the traditional Suspiro Limeño dessert!

La Gaira is a relaxed and warm place where you can find a variety of dishes, some of them Colombian, also characterized by its variety of imported and artisan beers. We focus on a unique experience and work for it, with good attention, good food and good
It looks like such a small unassuming place from the outside, but we're so happy this place was recommended to us! The place is small and cosy with seating both inside and outside. We both had the Gaira burger with garlic, coriander and butter fries. We've been all over this city eating burgers and this burger is in the top 3. It was delicious! The service was good (and fast). We arrived around 7pm and got our food within 10 minutes of ordering, but as we were leaving the place was full. There were more people than tables, which goes to show that it's popular. I can't wait to go back again soon!

My wife and I love this delightful restaurant in the center of downtown Santa Cruz. Located on Calle Libertad near Calle Buenos Aires, this restaurant is a great lunch spot serving food priced per kilo. They serve a wonderful variety of salads, fruits, pastas, bean-dishes, and meat. We have not tried the pizza yet, which is only served in the evenings, but are excited to come back to try it. We won't personally speak to the authenticity of the food since we have never been to Brasil ourselves, but according to Brasilian friends and judging by the amount of Portuguese spoken by customers, it must be legitimate. The wait staff is friendly and accessible. The atmosphere and decorations are modest and Brasilian in theme (i.e. photos, maps, and flags of Brasil on the walls). The seating is split between tables indoors and outdoors. Though there is no AC, the place is cool thanks to a ton of ceiling fans and good circulation of the city's ever-constant-wind through the restaurant. They have Wifi, which works decently for those wishing to conduct a bit of business over lunch. The "Limonada" is delicious, perfect for the oppressive heat of this city, and a large only costs 5 Bs (comparable to street venders, who don't use filtered water). Prices are very reasonable, but generally higher than most Bolivian restaurants. We typically pay around $8-9/person (because we get a ton and get 2 large limonades!).Two tips you don't want to forget: (1) Look like a pro and don't pull at your wallet and the cash register in the front. They only give you the check at this front register...you pay in the back. (2) Enjoy the free coffee sitting on the table near the exit. We recommend mixing the sugar-free with the sugar-full, unless you really have a sweet tooth! The restaurant's local phone # is: 333-1237.

REPÃBLICA proposes a mix of cultures immersed in globalization we live every day, a place for people who like to go out to drink and eat well, with a combination of excellent service and atmosphere / music, always with the right price. Menu incredibly pre
My team of medical professionals(20-30 people) have been to Santa Cruz for the past 5 years. We first were recommended to this place by the local Rotary club and shared it among the group. No matter how big or small our group is, we are always welcomed without reservations and they do their best to accommodate us. Their hours are so appreciated. We may work long hours at the hospital and are exhausted. Not many places locally, located to our hotel, are open or can accept a large party. Having a late dinner here is appreciated.Beers are cold, pizza is hot and delicious, empanadas (if you are not in a hurry) are very good, their main dishes have been very good and consistent every time. We may go 3-4 times the week we are in town! I know my group can be very over whelming to the staff because of the size, but we have noticed the improvements management has taken to expedite service. Thank you. See you again next January! Thank you very much for writing, we shared your comment with the whole team, we are happy to know that our effort is appreciated by our customers and we love being able to provide you a great experience, your comment summarizes many of the details we work on everyday. We hope you visit us again soon. Thanks again!

Nice atmosphere, great service, salad bar was good to very good, but I was not able to eat any raw vegetables or try the sauces due to dietary restrictions. The meat was very good. Husband had rib-eye. I had chicken. Sides were good. Did not try dessert, but it looked good. Overall it is good for the price, but I would not say it was amazing. It was opened late and we were able to eat after arriving on a late flight. Great location, near Los Tajibos.

Came here with a family and Atmosphere and service is good. The vegetarian or vegan dishes are terrible and all they offered was a plate of lettuce and palm. In a country with millions of veges and Avacados you would think they would cater for. Was ok but unless they improve vegetarian and vegan options we wont go back

There are a lot of steak houses in the city of Santa Cruz; and sure much cheaper. But when I have to bring visitors for a business lunch, then El Arrieroâs ribeye & Bolivian Tannat is the best option.Thank you for your review - Customer feedback is always greatly appreciated. We hope you enjoyed your trip to Santa Cruz City
