when you are traveling, sometimes hygiene takes precedence over flavor. this place is very unassuming, but takes the cake when it comes down to being clean. the covers to protect each food from the flies were an incredible idea. on top of that, their barreado is as tasty ad it gets.

Um bom lugar para comer um barreado a um preço acessÃvel, o lugar não é chique como outros que você encontra na cidade, mas a comida é muito boa.

I'm a bartender so take what I say with a grain of salt. I thought this place was FANTASTIC. However, as a traveler who is used to modern day luxuries you may not think so. There are no chairs, no tables and it looks pretty run down. BUT the bartender was so hospitable and amazing. She let us try several unusual things and even did not let us buy something that peaked our curiosity because she said is was awful, saving us money. I'm guessing one of her regulars drinks it and that's why she keeps it. Next time I'm in the area I will go say hello and try an unusual tipple.

Can there be anything better than the bite of fresh ginger ice cream? I can't say because I bypassed the dozens of the other flavors, syrups and candy toppings for a cup of pure, unadulterated, heaven-on-earth. Morretes is a major producer of ginger as well as bananas. Maybe next time I'll have the banana ice cream. Or the coconut ginger. Or the maracuja. Or the acai ...

We are pioneers in the process of flavor and main typical dish from Paraná, the Barreado. The restaurant, besides the Barreado, serves seafood and meat.
This place is a must-go-to restaurant if you're in Morretes (probably before or after the train ride?) potentially even a destination by itself. The portions are humongous (a portion might just be rightly sized for two people) and you actually get much more than you order. Better order the traditional regional dish, Barreados. Every portion comes also with shrimps, fish, mussels, salad and an extra portion of meat. The other dishes are pretty much exactly the same extras, except for that the meat is exchanged for whatever you actually ordered. Have fun!

Injeção desse restaurante é que por ser menor a comida é mais caseira. Muito legal ! O dono é super querido e nos atendeu bem

There's nothing special here. The only really important detail in this place is the air conditioner, as the city is hot as hell! Food is good but only good. The toilets are terrible.

A place surrounded by montains and beatifull views, Celeiro is not a just a delight for our taste, but it is a site that will provide you the experience of nature, food, kindness and nice conversation. You should spend the hole afternoon or even days over there. Emilio and Denise had mastered the art of hosting and ougth be congratulated for creating a place so nice in a remote location. I advise a visit to all residents of Curitiba as a day escape.

Barreado is the typical dish from Parana seaside, particularly Morretes area. And at Casarao you eat it as it has been done at some local grandma flavour.Absolutely delicious, spices at correct level and very good meat.Restaurant is located at downtown on the historical area. Also if you want to take home and prepare a delicious party, this is the place to get it.
