I'e never had a bad meal at Jason's, and this visit lived up to their reputation. On this particular visit (Wednesday night at 7PM), partner and I arrived to a 1/2 full dining area with no wait. Partner ordered the salad bar with a side of grilled chicken and I the Cuban. The meal arrived in about 7 minutes with a 'sorry about the wait'... I've had longer waits at Arby's for a slider! While the food isn't 5-star, it fresh, and hit's the spot for under $10.

The on-line ordering was not working tonight. Arrived at the restaurant and they could not find my order. Understand that mistakes can happen, but the recovery is how a restaurant is measured. This did not happen tonight.Just got a 'we do not have your order' from the cashier, who then agreed to take my order (again). The cashier was not polite or patient as I was trying to remember my original order. There was never any hint of acknowledgement that there was a mistake.When the order was brought out, items were missing. When I got home, the order was made incorrectly.Maybe this was a bad night for them, as the cashier mentioned that several on-line orders were missed tonight. They could have done better and showed that customer service is important to them. A bad night for Newks in Vestavia.
