I ordered the house special fish sandwich. The lettuce was limp, the tomato was not fresh. It was tasty was overly greasy. My partner ordered the fried shrimp. Small portion for the value. Cheese grits were bland. The view was beautiful.Thank you for your visit and thank you for this feedback. This was my first visit to the Obeeâs at this location, and my second visit to an Obeeâs. I was rewarded for giving the business another chance. This Obeeâs was great! The employees were friendly, and I liked seeing multiple age groups represented. The quality of the ingredients were top-notch. The sub rolls are softer, airier, than Iâm used to, but the quality and variety of the meats, cheeses, and toppings are still very good. The prices canât be beat. If you are looking for made to order subs or salads, with the option of hot soups, and you want an inexpensive lunch spot, check out this Obeeâs location.

We stopped at the Art Center to see what was there and discovered the Caffe. We ate oudoors on the patio. There was a nice selection of sandwiches, soups, salads, and homemade bread. Good service.
