We went here for lunch, and it was a pleasant experience, but not one that we'll be repeating, given the huge number of restaurants to eat at in this area. It was more expensive that many other similar places. However, my son had the best plate of penne with pesto he's had (he gets that everywhere... or bigoli with duck sauce, lol). Tons of pesto on the pasta; it looked wonderful. I had gnocchi with zucchini and shrimp, which was pretty good, but not my favorite gnocchi I've had here by far. Nice outside eating area.

Ristorante Da Remo has always been a class act. Owner and Master Chef Mario Barrato is a living legend not only in Veneto but throughout Italy he is known for his masterful culinary expertise. The restaurant is situated in a centuries old monastery full of charm and elegance much like the delicious food offerings on it's ever evolving menu. As a certified chef myself I can honestly say that only a fool would miss the opportunity to dine here whilst in Vicenza! Their creations showcase the finest elements of the seasons blended like sorcery and magical on the palate! This place never disappoints! It is not cheap... but neither is the food cheapened!

This lovely trattoria is located in Longare, some 10 km away from Vicenza. It proved to be worth the ride from Vicenza. Note that the restaurant has plenty of parking space. We were offered a table in the charming, older area of the restaurant, with a wood-beamed ceiling and a large stone fireplace. The trattoria offers large portions of local area dishes. As starter I took a lovely gnocchi al tartuffo nero dei colli and my wife went for a tagliolini ai funghi porcini. As main dish I opted for the tagliata di manzo alla ruccola, she took a petto di pollo. Both simple, but well prepared, tasteful dishes. The contorni di stagioni we ordered as a side dish appeared to be a three plate offering of vegetables, which was a bit too much I must admit. We finished our dinner with a nice tiramisu.Together with a quarter liter of red wine and a bottle of water, we paid .... ⬠61! That's what I call excellent value for the money. Conclusion: excellent address for a tasteful dinner when you're in Vicenza.

ZUSHi Japanese Restaurant: fresh sushi, nice location with green, black and silver colors! We offer restaurant, take away and delivery in all city.We do sushi, maki, sashimi, hot dishes, veggy dishes. We choose the best fish in the world, and we have a go
My bf and me had a dinner there as we stayed in Vicenza for 2 nights. The restaurant as for a such small town is nice, but not perfect as in the big cities. No excellent service, just average place to eat fast. But we were so hungry that liked their sushi a lot (we have chosen Love menu for both) with wine. The interior design is white that was nice. In overall experience, it was nice but not so cool as could be. (May be it's only for us as we travel a lot).

Ate here for lunch. Ambiance lovely, super clean restaurant. We had the full attention of the servers as lunch was pretty quiet. Servers friendly & not obtusively attentive. Furai spritzer to start was nice start for a drink. Tasty dishes, lovely presentation, delivered to table well paced.....again; probably because it was not busy. The spring roll was amazing, served temperature hot! This was, very good. Raw fish dishes (eg...sushi misti) was very nice. Not quite sushi grade fish as North Americans are used to, but good display of fish with tuna, salmon, sea bass and a raw shrimp. Pieces are cut a bit thick also. Rice and tempura dishes all good. A bit pricey as our lunch was just over 100 euros with a spritzer each before meal. This was with 3 appetizers, a salmon roll, tempura roll, seaweed salad, eel over rice and the sushi mists. It was a lovely lunch on market day downtown. I would eat here again.....selectively; because It did add up.
