Quite simply the best lobster Iâve ever had! The 2 lobster special is not to be missed. It doesnât even need the melted butter. Even the corn in the cob was outstanding. All for $24! Do Not Miss This. Itâs a great rustic spot in Perkins Cove.

What is it about beach destinations and bad restaurants , is it lack of qualified staffing ?This place is so well situated that it could be a gem ,,yet they insist on being a less than average quality establishment . Had breakfast here - there were less than 5 people in the restaurant and they managed to mess up my order - I ordered over easy and I got over well done - with a completely cooked yolks. The waitress was a throw back to the 50s almost scruffy . We are 2019 ,,get some finesse !!

Soooo glad my husband saw the sandwhich board advertizing âsoup and grilled cheeseâ because we never would have found this little place nestled on a side street. Bright, clean and friendly on the inside. Slightly confusing that we werent presented with a full menu so we ordered soup and grilled cheese since that grilled cheese menu wasposted at the counter where you order. I would have loved to try the mac and cheese but I didnt realize it was on the menu until afterwards. My grilled cheese was lovely- only wished it had spent more time in the panni press bc the cheese needed to be melted more. The buffalo chicken soup was so good with the right amount of heat. I will deff be returning!!! Check it out, you wont be dissapointed!Sara, thanks so much for checking us out in the winter of last year. We have redone our menu displays, so that everything is easy to find, read and understand. We've also worked on making the grilled cheese both super crunchy and melty - a new press was needed. The buffalo chicken soup remains a favorite and we will have it back on the menu once the summer temps cool down. Thanks for coming in. BB
