Reviews on Soups food in Naples, Province of Naples, Italy. Romantic Naples, two hours south of Rome, is the largest city in southern Italy. It has some of the world's best opera and theater houses and is often called an open-air museum, due to its many historic statues and monuments. Join families on promenade as the sun sets on the Bay of Naples. View finds from Pompeii and Herculaneum, destroyed by Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D., at the Museo Archeologico Nazionale or revel in the art and architecture of Museo Cappella Sansevero, built in the late 1500s.

Traditional Neapolitan fishmonger that thanks to the passion and love for cooking, transforms its business into an atypical fish restaurant. The quality of the products, the skill in the preparation and the low price, make that the PESCHERIA LO SQUALO tod
This fishmonger turns into an evening restaurant only three days a week. There is a menu however they have many different specials according to the catch of the day. For example I had "Paccheri" pasta with pecorino cheese and mussles which were delicious. The fish is all really fresh and at a very good price. The service is really good and helpful for example they made changes to the pasta sauce according to our taste.I would definitely recommend it, just check in advance when it is open as a restaurant.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Naples, and well worth the visit to Posillipo no matter where you live or are staying in the city. The food is always fresh, delicious, and well-priced. We bring all our visitors and guests here as we know they will get an amazing meal and experience. We eat here at least a few times a month, and appreciate that they have tried and true dishes (ie. amazing Pasta Genovese), but also are always experimenting and have new dishes to try.

It is pretty much across the street from Calata San Marco and right before Piazza Municipo.
We were reccomended to try this restaurant by a Naples resident, what a find. This small but authentic establishment rates highly in all catorgories, decor, welcome, menu, food, service and charm. We knew we were in the genuine Naples enjoying genuine Napolitan hospitality for a reasonable price, the genuine article.

Not only cheap prices, but HUGE variety, kindly explained by the guy in perfect English! Food needed no further seasoning as it was absolutely delicious from the first bite! Extremely affordable in cute takeaway boxes with wooden cutlery, I wish we could have tried everything on the menu. Friendly, warm service. The fried bean balls were incredibly tasty and filling, next time we will try the chocolate cake with cherry filling! Heaven for travelling vegans, thank you O' Grin!
