Was passing through the lovely town of Ballyshannon and popped into Tete-a-Tete for some lunch. The variety, standard and presentation of food was excellent and it was evident the chefs take pride in their work. The young gentleman serving us was very friendly and efficient and ensured we were well looked after. I would highly recommend this lovely gem to anyone!Thank you very much for your review. This charming tea house and craft shop offers good wholesome food together with mouth watering home made cakes and desserts. There is a selection of Yeats and Irish interest books to browse through, complimented by a distinctive selection of original qual
Stopped here for a late lunch en route from Donegal to Clare.Location: This is a very popular stop located next to the graveyard where W B Yeats is buried. Plenty of parking available.Food: My teen and I both chose the salmon and leek quiche: delicious. And we were both tempted by the tray bakes. My daughter declared the chocolate crispy bar to be excellent and not over sweet. I really enjoyed the nutty, chocolatey tray bake: yum yum! Lovely choice of sweet treats: it was a tough choice!Service: efficient and friendly. 100s of people must pass through every day (it was extremely busy during our visit), but everything ran like clockwork and the staff are obviously a great team.Recommended!Hi WOW!!! Thank you so much for your wonderful review.. reviews like yours make it all worth while and yes I am blessed to belong to such a super team... we do manage to pull it together and have fun in doing so... THANK YOU again...

A cosy café in Easkey, County Sligo. Artisan breads + pastries, local + organic produce, all homemade by Dervla, beside the sea.
Saw the great ratings for this cafe and was really disappointed. Basically itâs the only cafe in Easkey. Waited for 20mins to get in but waited as reviews were so good. Staff all seem very young and to be honest donât seem to know how to organise. Tried to cram 3 of us into a tiny 2 seat table and when I asked to move to one of multiple free four seat tables it was like I had asked for a table of gold. Got some coffee and cakes but to be honest was all a bit average. We didnât have a lunch there so perhaps this is better but wonât be heading back any time soon.

My partner and I visited the Cottage Cafe last week. We both had great meals as usual. My falafel plate was one of the specials and it was fabulous. They are so creative like food, both in their menu and presentation. And with a killer view of the strand at Rosses Point, what a great place to visit often

Cafe serving breakfast, brunch, soups, sandwiches and hot lunches. Homemade baked goods and Lavazza Coffee all day too. Daily seafood specials.
Spent a week in Donegal & Derry, ate at some posh places... Ahoy gave us our best meal by far! The breakfast was superb - especially the honey roasted tomatoes with sesame seeds! I stuck my head in to the kitchen to nick some ideas, and they were wonderful! If I wasn't hundreds of miles away I'd eat there most days!
