Had lunch in this traditional Restaurant in the Marches'hills. The pasta was superb, from the Maccheroncini al ragù to the pasta al farro with artichokes, tomatoes and local bacon. Their "supplì" with peas was a suprise: hand made Supplì - not fried - but in umido ( steamed) with pork meat and scamorza cheese inside, surrounded with fresh peas. The steaks, eccellent and their Cheesecake: unbelievably super good; tasky, light, not tto sweet. Wow.The house wine was appropriate but there is a pretty vast wine list.

We were driving from Sirolo in Le Marche on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, in search of a place to have lunch. Quite by chance we followed the road that led us to Ristorante Villa Bianca. Much to our surprise, the restaurant was hosting both a wedding and a first communion celebration! In spite of all this activity, we were encouraged to stay. Our waiter, Francesco, seated us at a table apart from the festivities but where we could observe everything. It was an experience we will never forget. The dining room consisted of floor to ceiling windows that looked over the spectacular countryside with rolling hills and beautiful hilltop towns. We opted for a fish menu that was outstanding and had a delicious semi freddo for desert, in addition to petit fours with our coffee. We were particularly impressed by the grace and professionalism of our waiter, Francesco, we made us feel so welcome and at home while he tended to the needs of a large party. We really can't wait to return!!

Il locale è molto accogliente ed il personale che ci lavora ti sa accogliere e rendersi disponibile. Fermato per colazione, ci sono diversi tipi di brioche e torte homemade, dimenticate i soliti gusti, vengono proposti svariate tipi e con diverse farine. Personalmente, ho preso un cornetto senza latte e uova con crema di melograno e sambuco.....buonissimo!!!! Anche il caffè è ottimo. Chicca finale, tra le varie foto appese alla parete....quella del Boss!!!

We went to this restaurant with a group of friends as we wanted to have some meat after all the seafood on the beach. We were a group of 20, including six kids.Service was great, the starters were excellent and the Salsiccia sausages absolutely heaven, The rest of the meat was rather average, but all in all a good place to go to.
