We had lunch at this restaurant, just by chance, as we toured the region. The garden setting behind the restaurant where we ate was utterly charming (in a rustic Tuscan way) - partially covered to be sheltered from the hot sun, peppered by potted flowering plants. The food was fabulous - menu offered many seemingly original dishes. Dessert selections were incredible as well. Service was gracious and attentive. Recommend highly!

I was here with my family (2 kids). We came here early April, late in the evening. Some other (better) rated restaraunts were closed so we came here. It appeared to be an excelent experience. We had gnoci, tortelini, tagliatele with porcini and piza - all fresh and very testy. Cream brule with mint and rosemary was superb. This restaurant deserves better rating. Weâd be back. And not to forget, the staff was very friendly.

This simple and cosy trattoria offers quite a few more vegetarian dishes than the average local restaurants, on top of the usual traditional meat courses. The hand made pasta had a corse feel to it and it was perfectly 'al dente'. My chestnut tortelloni had a creamy, soft centre which came as a pleasant surprise.The many vegetable pies on offer (pumpkin, artichoke, carrot, etc) made the menu look very different from the other trattorias of this area and it was interesting to read that many products came from the business' personal allotment. Very kind and modest service. Worth going back.

A lovely setting for an amazing lunch/dinner. The eggplant antipasto was beautiful to look at but even more amazing to eat !! I followed with the tortelli stuffed with spinach and ricotta and a ragù . Paper thin and delicate with amazing flavors ! Complementi al cuoca . Family run with love and care !

We visited the place at noon and made a reservation for dinner. It looks like a family-run place. My wife had the aquacorta soup which was very good (vegetables, bread, egg) and I had the bruschetta with garlic and olive oil. For main courses we took pici with tomatoes, olive oil, etc., and tagliatelle with fungi (porcini and other mushrooms). Everything was tasty. There were also locals among the diners. The place is very nicely decorated and our waiter was very kind and helped us selecting our dishes.

I had lunch here yesterday and dinner today. So I can really confirm: great cooking here ! Yesterday I had bocconcini con porcini, which is veal with porcini mushrooms and it was soooo delicious that I went back today! Today I had tagliatelle with porcini, and I did not want to eat the whole portion but I did ! The tagliatelle were made of farro, spelt, and not of white meal as I cannot take that right now for health reasons! The vegetables were so lovely prepared and fresh that I ordered 2 portions and took home some so tomorrow I can eat at home leisurely! The terrace outside is very nice too! Though I live here in Manciano I did not know they make pizzas too, and yes... they looked and smelled gorgeous!

Slow service, half of the time the waiter didn't hear us. Maybe, he's deaf?..I ordered a meal - wild boar. The smell was too strong and too spiced! They said that this type of meat is quite strong... so why the hell add even more spices then???Wine was bad too. We founding better wine in other restaurants. Grazie,però se Lei non gradisce i sapori forti mangi un petto di pollo.Purtroppo,il nostro aiuto di sala è vermente sordo.Dovremmo forse rifiutargli il lavoro e la possibilità di portare a casa un tozzo di pane?Giudichi chi leggerà .Danilo
