The service was pleasant, and we received our food quickly. But the taste left a lot to be desired. I ordered the Italian hamburger (provolone, grilled onions, roasted peppers, marinara sauce), and it was bland and unappealing. The sauce had little flavor, as did the roasted peppers. The cheese was low-quality: no sharpness, no pungency, no flavor. The burger itself was overcooked and tasteless. My wife's hot dog was small and unsurprising. Just a plain 'ole hot dog. No fries--the restaurant offered only tater tots as a fried side. Umm...no thanks. The menu offered nothing I could not make in five minutes at home, so why do I want to come here?Overall, I was unimpressed with this $12 meal and will not be coming back.

We went to Lenny and Joe's while traveling through Westbrook. We were looking for a lobster roll and this restaurant delivered. The roll was very good with an adequate amount of lobster meat. It came with homemade cole slaw and fried zucchini, both of which were very good.Service was good. This restaurant is busy and a little noisy but we didn't mind. They had exactly what we were looking for.We recommend

A beautiful spot on the harbor side with outdoor and indoor seating. Pa's place provides delicious sandwiches, soups, specials and BREAKFAST ALL DAY. Pa's is the proud home of the Authentic #4 sandiwch...come and see what the town is talking about!
Diane and I went out to lunch at pa's a byob salad and sandwich shop. Diane had a boars head roast beef sandwich with horseradish sauce lettuce and tomato $800. I had the rodeo burger bbq sauce onion tomatoes pepper jack cheese $10.00. Not bad had better. Both came with a pasta salad with tuna corn and red onion this was tasty. Bottom line would we go back ya just not in a rush

It's a large place with a whole variety of foods, and activities (restaurant, grocery shopping, etc). Very good deli section, soups, salads and great sandwiches. The people are friendly and helpful (which is good, as the system can be a bit confusing). We like it for lunch, and we'll go back.

Very quaint place with friendly, smiley staff.Had the Vietnamese Egg Rolls and the Spring Rolls. Both are excellent, especially the sauce for the egg rolls.I had the pork with vermicelli noodles. Really healthy entrée with a small dish of fish sauce on the side. Quite a delicious dinner!

Last time there I figured a Caesar salad served on a hot plate fresh from the dishwasher was an oversight but nope, happened again. This time I didnât bother asking them to switch it out... too much trouble. Maybe itâs just me but a salad slowly wilting and heating up in a hot dish is gross. Caesar Salad itself is good but the grilled chicken is definitely bought pre-cooked and is a bit rubbery. Will return to sit outside but certainly not while the outside is closed... food just isnât good enough.
