How unfortunate that after what I assume is new management/owners took over, this place became so disappointing. I have frequent this beautiful sunset restaurant for a few year, but after my most recent visit it was such a shame to loose a nice place. Was sat down fairly quickly party of 8, Drinks, appetizers and childrenâs food ordered. Waiter was polite, drinks came out fast.. we ordered our entrees. waiter told us 3 times that the appetizers were on their way, about 45 min later the manager notified us that the kitchen lost out appetizer ticket but our food was ready. The experience got even worst, Cold fried calamari, cold chicken and rice, Key lime seafood rice was clumpy and cold the seafood was hot but 3 shrimps n a tiny piece of crab for $30+ is ridiculous. So even after each adult received their food, the kids meals were not out. Over an hour for chicken strip and fries and when we did it was over cooked. The manager was wonderful given the circumstances but at that point there was nothing else he could do.

Snappers sustained total loss at the hands of Hurricane Irma. After the dust settles, our plan is to rebuild as quickly as possible, better than ever, and keep the party alive at our favorite Florida beach bar! Stay tuned for updates! Snapper's Restaurant
We went there once and I had the conch, and pasta, my husband had tuna salad and calamari. The pasta was tasteless and the conch and calamari tasted the same and had the same dip. My husband had the tuna salad, tuna was over cooked. We were hungry so we ate it and left. My husband had a martini and it was not good either. They had live music that was about the best thing about our experience there.

Glad we found this at the beginning of our vacation! We ate here several times, breakfast, lunch and dinner. First I have to say every time we went the Customer service was wonderful! This is a family run establishment and everyone works together. As many times as we went the week we were there we noticed how well everyone worked cohesively together, which is refreshing to see. They really work hard and value there customers. Food is delicious and large portions for very reasonable prices. Every meal we ate was great, my friend even got steak one night and said it was delicious. OH AND BE SURE TO TRY THE KEY LIME PIE!!!!!!!!!!! THE BEST! AND they also have a woman who makes homemade cakes which are on the counter, my friend said the chocolate cake was amazing! Thank you to all the staff!

This Property is Temporarily Closed Due to Hurricane Irma, closed until further notice. We will reopen again at a later date with a new exciting concept.
We found this place to be a dinner favorite of the locals. Had a great menu with a variety of fish offerings. All 5 of us had something different and everyone was totally satisfied with their entre. The bar was crowed too all the time we were enjoying our dinner. I mentioned to the waitress that we were celebrating the birthday and she then said she would bring a slice of Key Lime pie with 5 spoons. When she returned with the pie, she also has a plate with a whole, fresh Red Grouper with 1 candle stuck in it and we sang Happy Birthday. What a great way to have a birthday party at a seafood restaurant.

A little pricey! Went there to try some of the food offered. Started with the Lobster/Crab Egg Roll. Very good served with an Asian dipping sauce. Next was Jeans Greens. Lettuce, fried onions, blue cheese and a home made Catalina. Great! The next was a mistake, Alaskan King Crab. Should have stuck with a local fish choice. Was just fished out. Key Lime Pie was very good. Great service.

We stop fairly often. Home style food includes soups (several kinds fresh each day to choose from), sans, heftier entrees, something special every evening. I always have soup and their toasted corn muffin. Servers are diligent and friendly, it's always good. Moderate price. Oh and finish off with a cookie to go :-)
