Not an inexpensive meal but very fresh fish and well prepared.Great food and fun service...whatâs not to like. The only down side was the extra parking was not open until after 7 that night and it was challenging finding a spot to park. I am sure that is not normal and the rear parking was ample when opened.

A small group of us went to Mcgrath's after touring Harry and David's packaging plant. The restaurant was anything but busy. One couple left as we entered the side we were seated at, and I think there were two couples on the other side. The idea here is that the restaurant was NOT busy and it was about 1:40 in the afternoon. It took over 10 minutes for our server to get to us. We ordered beverages that took another 10 minutes to arrive. At about 10 past 2 pm (30 minutes after arriving, we got to place our orders. At 2:40 pm we got a hold of the manager to find out what the delay was. She went to the kitchen and it was till 10 minutes before we got our food. She didn't return until about 20 past 3 pm and asked if everything was ok. She knew we were displeased with the slow service so she offered a free dessert for everyone. The only reason anyone to it was because she offered to box them up so we could get out of there. It still took another 13 minutes before the desserts arrived and then I think because we had all headed for the register to pay and leave. They even got one of the desserts wrong, so another server offered to exchange it because ours was busy processing payments. The other server was none to nice about it though, making comments about her being off shift, but she'd help us out anyway. I'm pretty sure she did not understand what we'd experienced. Now, the food was actually pretty good. Our group ordered an eclectic mix, and except for the fries being pretty cooled down, and thus soggy/greasy (likely from sitting too long while we waited?) everyone was satisfied.Go there for the food, but don't go there for the service.

The BEST sandwiches in Oregon. An 8" pastrami can easily feed four people, it has at least one pound of meat...literally! This is a mom and pop joint that the locals pack into everyday. All their sandwiches are OUTSTANDING and HUGE! They also serve soups
Discovered this place by accident today. Wow, were we lucky! Excellent Cuban sandwich and Reuben sandwich. The fries are possibly the best I've had! Can't wait to return. Excellent service by very peasant and friendly staff. WINNER, WINNER, SANDWICH DINNER!
