We utilized this location both before we went into the park and before our long drive home. It's barely 5 minutes from the Safari Park. Mall parking, so I'm not sure it's as good an idea during holiday shopping, but Panera is a predictable place to eat with adults and kids and at a price that won't put families out. Great seating, both indoor and out and friendly staff.

Recently, Lynn and I and a friend stopped for dinner at Fish House Vera Cruz after spending the day touring the nearby mountains. We each had the Pacific Rock Fish (Pacific Red Snapper) which included a salad and a vegetable ($21.50). We each had one nice filet of the fish which was grilled on an open fire. It was really good. Atmosphere is nautical with white tablecloths. Our server, Emily, did a good job. The menu is extensive and offers everything from appetizers to the finest seafood.

Handcrafted panini, soups, salads, bite-sized cookies, gluten-free treats, old fashioned lemonade, locally roasted pour-over and cold-brewed coffee and espresso drinks. Family owned and operated. Free delivery within half a mile of our restaurant. We love
Very small eatery. We had a veggie panini and the broccoli cheddar soup. Both were delicious but really wished there was more to/on the sandwich: some spinach, sun dried tomatoes, and some cheese. For $8.95 it was fairly expensive for what you got. The soup was amazing. The Arnold Palmer drink was great too. The staff/owners were super friendly and nice. Everything tasted homemade and fresh. We would eat here again.

I moved to the East Coast a couple of years ago and returned to Southern California recently. I've been craving this place for a long time not only because of its diverse and fantastic, authentic south of the border menu but more importantly the best chicken and rice soup you will ever have!
