Very good quality of food at extremely affordable prices make this very good value for money. It has a lovely location and you can tell it is good by the number of Italians who eat here. Risotto was really good.

The food was "ok" (apart from the mixed fish antipasti which tasted somehow strange) as well as the prize and the waiter was very friendly. Good average.

Our restaurant is a perfect expression of the local tradition of Chioggia and Venice. Here you will find a relaxing environment for your lunch and your dinner. In summer and spring you will eat on our outside square that is placed in front of the Venice lag
Lovely place to dine either lunch or dinner...But the food is fairly standard...it's good but much better is to be found and better value at some of the smaller family run restaurants on Chioggia. It's adequate, poor selection of slightly price deserts. The starters are expensive for what you get as portion side is smallDear blueplane23,thank you for the review and for the rating. We serve dishes makes with fresh high-quality fish ingredients, prepared according to Chioggia's art of cooking. Also other restaurants in Chioggia operate well and this contributes to establish Italian and Chioggia's cuisine, we're playing our part.Best regards.

If you're in Chioggia freshness of fish is guaranteed. This is a relaxed and simple environment where you can enjoy the typical cuisine of this territory. Traditional seafood dishes and typical cicchetti, the venetian version of the Spanish tapas; enjoy them with a glass (or more) of prosecco. Pasta dishes are very good, the lady taking orders is kind and friendly. They actually went to extra lengths to accomodate us in spite of the fact they where nearly fully booked. There are no meat dishes. They're a bit pricey but you won't regret it. They're quite popular with locals, so this is an extra guarantee.

The host recomended several restaurants in Chioggia, saying that actuall all restaurants there were good. And this is true! But... When I first ate at Bella Venezia I realized that it was the BEST one in Chioggia. I went there on the following day - and again the food and service - everything was fantastic. Great choice of fish, wine, desserts. Charming staff. And the owner - very hospitable lady who treats her clients as friends. And the atmosphere is so relaxing with birds singing and no noise coming from the square which is just around the corner. Enjoy your meal and relax!Grazie mille per le mie cene buonissime!

An awful dining experience in an overpriced local taverna. Had to wait 15min to order the drinks, then another 20 min to order the food, from totally unmotivated staff. Extremely small seafood portions arrived 45min later. Good presentation but average quality, ended up being overcharged 2x the price for the fish weight.

Lovely understated restaurant in a quiet road. We didn't book but got a table straightaway. The waiter was very good and the chef came to check on us a couple of times. The fish was the freshest and best cooked we've had inn a long time. I had the turbot as a starter and it was very simply cooked and absolutely delicious. My husband had gamberoni and they were amazing. Highly recommended.
