Find out what Soups restaurants to try in Busan. Busan is Korea's second largest city. Tourists often come to this region to hike and to visit the Buddhist Temples located deep within the region's mountains. The Beomeosa Temple, founded in 678 AD, is perhaps one of the most frequented temples in the area and is always packed with worshipers and tourists. For art buffs, Busan offers several museums and historical buildings. If scenery is your thing, try visiting the Dongbaek Island, or bird watch at the Nakdong river estuary.

The best Samgyetang in Korea am 11:00 ~ pm 9:00 (Last order pm 8:00) Thank you ^^
This restaurant is known as the best samgyetang (whole chicken and ginseng soup) in Korea, and it lives up to it's name, and then some! Not only is the soup superb in flavor and tenderness, the side dishes (Kimchi, peppers, etc.) are the best I've ever tasted. No joke. The lady and her son who run the place are very sweet, and the son speaks English fluently. A ++++ in every category, and it's a unique hole in the wall to boot. We're so glad we randomly saw it from the bus. Definitely coming again!! Go!!HelloGreg BThank you for using the jangsusamThank you very much ^ ^

Busan is famous for gukbap. If you have time for only one, this is if! I had two other versions but were disappointed. The soup is flavourful and pork slices generous. Staff were friendly and helpful too which I find rare in Korea.

This restaurant is just located next to Busan train station. Tried other pork soup nearby at jalgachi and find that this restaurant is not that porky smell. Simple menu with about 4 different types. Could not understand the menu in English, Guess it was translated directly from Korean. We tried their intestine(pigs stomach), their speciality porkbone soup and soup with a plate of sliced pork. One of us tasted and find that the soup doesn't really taste the same. But all tasted really good and refreshing. It doesn't have a strong porky smell Nor the taste. We saw the locals sitting next to us that they put the Chilli paste and shrimp into their soup. Guess that's how the local eats.

It was pretty full when we arrived around 9:20 but cleared out by 10 strangely enough. Fast service and generous portions. Congee was delightful and had a rich seaweed flavor. Abalone was tender. The stew was interesting. Uni ended up being cooked and tough since it was in the boiling broth, but I enjoyed the variety.

Be careful if you are a non English speaker. You may cannot read menu and could not able to have conversations with anyone.
