The restaurant is a romantic place: it is situated on the square of the old town and there is a spectacular view of tuscany hills. The kitchen is local and genuine and we have a good tuscany wine list.Specialties of the house are tuscany ham, cheese and s
That's a bar (Centrale), a restaurant (Daniela), and wine and delicatessen shop in one. Daniela is actually the owner of these places + a hotel nearby. Maybe the restaurant is far from haute cuisine and some dishes will look like home cooking but the food is rather tasty and the staff (and Daniela herself) are very friendly. It is very easy to access from parking and is impossible to miss as it is on the main square and there is hardly anything else you can see. Our top score though goes to the shop! It is always open (together with the bar) and selection of wines and foods was just what we needed. Prices were also very adequate.

Delicious food at IL BORGO. We had the Agnello a Scottadito and the Cighiale a Bujone as main courses. Both were very tasteful, with the Syrah wine a perfect combination.Friendly staff who explained part of the menu. And very affordable prices.

Osteria with gluten-free kitchen (certified AIC), we serve traditional italian food with a selected list of Umbria's Wines. Antica Cantina is a Smart place to stay, at least for us: after all, if you ask the landlord how is the wine, he Will always answer
Cantina Antica is an excellent restaurant with inside and outside space. The foot was very good, with almost all the dishes being gluten free and very well prepared from fresh local ingredients. The staff were always very clear what was not appropriate for coeliacs (eg âthis basket of bread is GF, but this one is notâ) showing they were really on top of the issue.

The atmosphere is absolutely magical... old stone walls, ancient artifacts as decorations, a fire crackling in the old traditional fireplace. It felt like a 5 star restaurant you'd find in a city, but without the hustle and noise. I really enjoyed my dinner. The ravioli was delicious, with huge slices of Parmesan as garnish. The chocolate mousse I ordered for desert wasn't mousse as I'm accustomed to, it was more like ice cream, but it was still good. My boyfriend didn't enjoy his meal as much, though. He ordered gnocchi and found it to be very different from what we know as gnocchi. He was expecting more of a pasta-like dish but found it to be golf ball-sized rounds of something resembling bread crumbs. He also had the pork entree and thought it had been cooked that morning and simply reheated. Coupled with the atmosphere, the food was good enough to warrant 4 stars. I'd eat here again. My boyfriend would probably offer a different review, though.
