Muzen Sushi is conveniently located in the shopping center with TJMaxx. It's relatively small but comfortable. The sushi is fantastic, fresh, moist and well prepared. The chefs are very accommodating with special orders, just ask and they'll prepare it. Everyone is friendly. If you love sushi, you'll love Muzen.

It has been quite a while since we were here. The ambiance is perfect. You look out at the beautiful garden setting. There was a wedding being set up for later today. It actually added to the festive feeling. It was nice that we were greeted by Jesse the head chef and Patrick the pastry chef. I have to compliment both of them. The dishes were prepared wonderfully, and tasted great. The carving server was very obliging. He cut from the prime rib roast out of the middle to give me rare meat. The Chinese dumplings tasted really good too. The crab and shrimp was good and plentiful. There is a special children's section with pizza, chicken strips tater tots and vegetables. They offered to give me things from the kitchen that were not out on the tables. Sushi was offered in the form of rolls. I asked for and received sashimi. The sushi comes from their Onyx restaurant which is world class. The deserts are varied and special. Patrick who has worked at the French Laundry as a pastry chef shows his education. Bambi who was serving at the pastry station was great. Doing anything she could to please. The waiters were very attentive and interested in pleasing. There is music provided by a lip sync person, today playing Frank Sinatra songs. At first I though wow this guy has a good voice. I understand he plays each Sunday and features different artists. He was really good and fun.I have to say that all the staff were friendly and welcoming.I would highly recommend the Sunday Brunch.Dear 800FoodFanatic800,Thank you kindly for your rave review of Hampton's. It is great to hear that you got the opportunity to meet both Chef Jesse and Chef Patrick! They are incredibly talented and we are very lucky to have talent like them working at our Hotel. Have been eating here for as long as I can remember. It used to be a couple of blocks down the street, but moved to this busier location. It sits in the midst of other food places such as McDonalds, Jersey Mikes, Hunan Restaurant, Taj Cafe, Dickey's and Western Bagel, but yet does more than hold it's own against all the competition. The fish is always crispy and done just right. You can get fries or onion rings. The tarter sauce is always fresh. What more can be said. This place rocks!

We had reviewed this restaurant before and gave it great ratings. We returned only to be shocked by how it has changed. The manager was gone, the staff seemed miserable, the food was not good. We didn't finish most of our sushi ordered as it didn't taste fresh. The restaurant on a Saturday night was empty as compared to our first visit which it was packed. Not sure what has happened but can not in good conscience recommend this to anyone!

We had a birthday dinner here on Saturday night. My first time. Staff were great and they honored our reservation on time. The restaurant is pretty but we sat outside which was lovely. We ordered appetizers and liked what we ordered. The spicy tuna special on tempura battered eggplant was my favorite of the night. We also had a burrata/heirloom tomato salad on arugula, which was good. The entrees were all good: Mesquite grilled swordfish, Cioppino (probably the best of the entrees) and the roasted seafood. We had the cream filled donuts for dessert which were ok, but I probably would try something different next time. Which brings me to next time. There will definitely be a next time because there were too many items on the menu that we all wanted to try!

The staff was polite and attentive. Food came out quickly and the server was present but not invasive. Food was well prepared and the wine list was both broad in scope and also relatively affordable. Location was convenient to several hotels and parking was easy. Also had a lively bar which would be a good spot to dine alone.
