We have just eaten at the Red Lobster at Webster just outside of Houston. It was our first visit to a Red Lobster and although the food was very good, this will be our last. The servers name was Antonio J, who seemed to be very good and was helpful, jolly and happy - this was until we had paid our bill and then his attitude changed and was the worst that I had seen from any waiter in any restaurant anywhere in the world! It seemed to us that he was not happy with the tip that he received from our table (which was an acceptable tip). Antonio j would not even acknowledge us after this and if this happened earlier then we would have walked out. Maybe this has happened to others as the restaurant was very quite. When we left he was sitting at the centre bar on a stool playing with his phone and we said goodbye and thank you but he would just not acknowledge us all and just stated at us - totally unacceptable as we had just paid well over $220 at least (plus cash tips). How can a restaurant allow their staff to act like this ???? Or maybe this is how red lobster staff act as standard - please enlighten me as other chains would not find this acceptable at all!! Cannot recommend you going and being insulted here!!Hi, Tim. We're sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your experience at our Webster restaurant and we'd like to learn how we can make this better. Would you be able to give us a call at 800-562-7837; MondayâFriday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM ET so that we may learn more about your experience?

Firstly, I was under the impression that there wouldâve fish swimming around us, I was wrong. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a very large tank in the middle of the restaurant. Not bad but still...Service: Horrible from the moment we stepped in. Host told us we would be waiting for an hour as they were at capacity. My husband and I stepped into the gift shop for less than 10 mins. When we returned to the waiting area, the host escorted us to our table. The restaurant had VERY few people and many open tables. I could count on my 10 fingers how many tables were taken. -Our waiter seemed to just pass us by on several occasions. We saw him maybe a total of 4 times; Bring us Drinks, Bring our appetizer, Bring Our check and Bring a to-go container. The person who brought us our entrees really helped our experience, I canât remember his name. I wish I could say better things about our experience service wise. Food was PHENOMENAL :)

Tommy's is an upscale restaurant in Clear Lake City. My new office is really close, so have eaten lunch there now on multiple occasions. The food is excellent and the service is what you would expect at an upscale restaurant. They have private rooms and lots of parking. Their lunch hamburger is really outstanding - a half pound of flame grilled burger!

We had dishes with scallop nuts. The price is $ 18 per dish for each dish was excellent; very good quality seafood. Chardonnay white wine booked special very correct served at the glass.Very good food. Staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Calm atmosphere with soft music. This restaurant does not offer alcoholic beverages or cocktails as an aperitif. Excellent mango dessert with hot sugar rice and vanilla ice cream. To discover.

Since 2004, Floyd's Cajun Seafood brings a great culinary tradition from Louisiana to Texas. Our restaurant was born and bred by entrepreneurs with deep roots in Texas, Louisiana, and every crawfish pond in between. We're Cajun to the core and given the c
The food is home style southern seafood. The hushpuppies are the bomb. Most peopleâs hushpuppies lack flavor not the case here nice spice. The onion rings are nice hand cut and lightly battered. The Grilled Oyster de Coonass omg are devine. But the star is the staff super friendly. Our server Stephanie was a joy she anticipated our needs and was attentive but unobtrusive and smile the whole time. I definitely recommend this place.

The Rouxpour is a New Orleans inspired restaurant with four locations in Houstonâs surrounding areas. Known for our delicious variety of chargrilled oysters, fresh seafood and inviting atmosphere you are sure to love being our guest.
Went in for dinner. Was seated quickly, but too close to the area where the food is brought out, which made for a very busy area. Our waiter was very friendly and offered some ideas on what to order. As neither of us was overly hungry, we opted for a bowl of the gumbo. It was very good, but spicy. They only give you one piece of small bread to go with the bowl, and we felt they should have at least supplied a couple of pieces. The portion was decent, but if someone is very hungry, it would not have been enough. Prices are a little high, but what I saw on plates going by is some of the choices have large portions.

Pappas Seafood House has been serving up generous portions of delicious seafood since opening in 1981. Owners Chris and Harris Pappas descend from a long line of Greek fisherman and from these roots provide their Guest the freshest seafood available.
Has a dinner here and it has been a while since we live the other side of Houston. The food is still excellent and service prompt. I had Salmon Alexander and it the perfection. Salmon was crispy on the outside and super moist inside. Scallops and shrimps were also perfectly cooked. The sauce , I was afraid to think about the calories but it was so delicious, made me dip the bread and eat more than I should have. Husband had pasta with shrimp which he said was absolutely delicious.Wonderful dinning experience every time we visit.
