This well established fish & chip restaurant is by far, Vernonâs very best. There is lots of seating, friendly and accommodating servers, and the taste of their meals is amazingly good, Last night we were there and had a warm wonderful dinner experience. They never disappoint.

I'm not familiar with the Joey's name but this place looked like one of those middle-of-the-road, catch-all, fast food type places. And maybe that's what it is but it was also good! We were a work crew going for lunch so we didn't need the candle lit atmosphere, we were hungry & we needed food. I had one of those pick & mix appetizer plates, one of the guys had a soup & sandwich combo. The other one went for the all you can eat fish & chips. We were all happy with our selections. The staff were pleasant, the service was good, the portions decent & the food was pretty good. They've also got this Ocean Wise thing going on. I was overall pleasantly surprised by the place & I will go back.

We were hesitant to go as Fish and Chips are so hit & miss, but we were very happy with our choice. A very clean tidy place, good sized portions and great service too!
