A cozy alpine restaurant with a large and elegant room furnished with the use of the noblest material, wood. Here you can watch our chefs in action thanks to the Show-cooking station in the middle of the restaurant room. Our flagship is certainly the typi
Ideal location for visiting the Stelvio Pass. Add this hotel is near the Swiss border the style and food are an Italian/Swiss mix like other hotels in the area. We were greeted by friendly hotel staff and their very friendly well behaved dog. The breakfast was good and so were the rooms, so an overall positive experience.

Had a very good meal at this restaurant on the golf course in Bormio. The staff in particular were very good. Had all fish for the dinner and each course was very good. Interesting setting in a log cabin.

The restaurant Baita dei Pini - thanks to Chef Imperial Mauro and his staff: Marco, Denis and John - offers a cuisine that uses the excellence of the materials of course following their seasonality. The watchword is TASTE: bitter, sour, sweet, salty umami
We enjoy going back to the Restaurant Baita dei Pini, as their food is truly excellent, along side a good service.Make sure you book for the Stube, a very quaint and romantic dining area, with only few tables and a great niche.Food is outstanding and quite refined.

In my opinion this is one of the best restaurants in the village of Bormio. Very tasty food. Risotto with porcini mushrooms is just amazing! Staff - above all praise!Dear Mr. Fox, you spent your time for a double review: one for the Hotel and one for the Restaurant !Thank you very much for that.We are very glad you appreciated our Cuisine, and the Chef Eligio is even more glad than anybody else.Best greeting from Bormio !Alessandro.

We read a lot of good things on TripAdvisor about this restaurant and it is completely true! After being welcomed we were seated at a nice table. The decoration and the tablewear was wonderful, they kepf it in a simple, modern and beautiful way.The apperitivo was arranged very beautifully and absolutely delicious!Same with the main course, it was outstanding. For dessert, we had coffee which they made in a special way after asking for it. All in all a wonderful experience! We will go back there again.

After a sunny week of skiing in Bormio, nothing couldâve put our vacation to a closure in a better way, than visiting the Enoteca Guanella. Located behind an Enoteca (wine shop) at the main street, the restaurant offers a charming and very welcoming atmosphere. Service was personal and warm. The menu isnât the most extensive, but on the other hand it holds great variability. Itâs likely that everyone in your company will find something that theyâll like. After deciding on what to eat, the really exiting part of the dining experience starts. Instead of a traditional wine list, the Enoteca and all of its selection, is on the menu. You simply walk around the shop, with an advisor, and pick out the wine (or wines) that suits your food or mood. And at the same price as if you were to buy it over the counter, plus a small service fee. If you donât finish your bottle, you can get the cork put back in it and bring it back home. Or as we did, buy another bottle to take home.Me and my wife had a three meal course, while our two boys had two.The food was maybe not exceptional, but still very very good. Presented in a refined fashion and well balanced in composure and taste, it felt like a lot of love was put in to all dishes.Taking all things into consideration, this was one of the most pleasant dining experiences that weâve had in a long time. And Italians being Italians, our children (aged 9 and 7) were treated like royalty.Weâll return to Bormio. And when we do, weâll make sure to visit the Enoteca Guanella again!
