Sofi's Restaurant & beach and Bar presents guests with choices of the Aegean and Mediterranean kitchen and the chefs do all they can to spoil you with sumptuous yet healthy Turkish and Continental dishes. Engagement, wedding and Special parties can be cat
On our last night in Bodrum, we decided to stay closer to our hotel. Based on the good reviews, we chose Sofiâs. It didnât disappoint. We came after sunset, so we didnât get to experience the beautiful views. However, the area was lively and we still sat along the waterside. I didnât feel that we had missed out on anything, in other words. We were presented with a plate of traditional mezzes to choose from, which is a tradition I love! Seeing what you are getting, as well as an explanation of the dish, is always a plus. We chose two, one a spinach-based dip and a yogurt-based one, as well as octopus. They were all wonderful. My husband ordered a bottle of wine. However, they had ran out of his choice so the waiter brought two other options. He decided on one and said it was the best bottle heâd had while in Turkey! Cheers for the recommendation. I had eaten seafood for 2 straight weeks and decided on a meat dish. I had the traditional Shepherdâs dish, SAÃ KAVURMA, I believe itâs called (donât quote me-still working on my Turkish). It was delicious and Iâm just disappointed I couldnât finish it all. The presentation was beautiful as well, as you can see from the photo. The owner or manager, Alex, came over to ensure everything was satisfying. I can understand why he gets so many compliments because he is very polite, funny and seems to truly care about his guests. We were too full for dessert although I wonât hesitate to return on our next trip. Then Iâll leave room for dessert. As an aside, the restaurant is in a small hotel that looks quite cute. I canât speak to what itâs like to stay there, but itâs a fantastic location and Iâd venture a guess that it would be a nice place to stay outside of a major resort. I couldnât help taking some photos of the statues around the hotel area. Thank you to everyone at Sofiâs. We will be back!We appreciate your lovely review, please come again and join us for a great sunset at Sofiâs.We also would love to host you at Taskule Boutique Hotel on your next stay.

On being seated we were given two menus, one Turkish and one English. Prices averaged 15tl cheaper on Turkish menu, I pointed this out to guy taking order (manager I think) who laughed it off and said youâll be charged English prices when I told him I was ordering from Turkish menu. Bill come after fairly average meal with English prices. I paid it after remarking and left no tip. I will not be eating there again

Came across this resteraunt one night while out walking, tucked behind the mosque and seafront (on the marina side). The place was already nearly full with tourists and locals (good sign). We had sauteed John Doree and prawn casserole, both delish. Service is very good and has a great atmosphere. Lovely meal, thankyou.

We had a great pleasure watching the sunset while we dined. The seafood, the horsdevours and the salad tasted delicious. Make sure you have a reservation. After you arrive there select the fish you like and horsdevours. The fish may be grilled or pan fried, but do ask their opinion as to which way would taste better.

Unfortunately this was our very last evening we spent at Fener Restaurant. Really sad, as we look back to many charming memories, lunches & dinners we spent there. Being kind of local for almost 3 years here, we had a somehow sentimental relation to this place as our Bodrum experience started there. Well, we had it. Sorry to say.Last week we went to Fener on a Sunday night and we were amazed how big the restaurant got. Needless to say - now it is too big and the service has no chance to cope with the number of guests. Rushed Service, bad - tiny - table, staff not well-trained - but the worst thing was the fish. Ok, it is high season, it is hot down here - but: it should never happen, that a fish restaurant serves spoiled fish. After we realized we told the waiter to change the fish - still trying to keep the mood up to a relaxed level. But then we had to wait for almost 1 hour until the new fish was delivered.Needless to say, we left the Restaurant without eating the Fish and had fun with the spoiled, bad fish all night long.Sorry, dear Fener Restaurant: There is no excuse for such thing happened. You screwed up royally.Regarding the Mezze & Co: the appetizers are ok, but not more. The Fried Calamari had been already better, they were just to greasy. So Good-bye, Fener - we hope this does not happen to many of your guests.

Our Restaurant is located on the seaside at Turgutreis Town of Bodrum. We have a beach in front of the restaurant and we have a terrace that you can be able to watch the amazing sunset. The cuisine is Turkish and Mediterranean, traditional.
The sunset view of this restaurant is really awesome! Out table was just on the beach and we were stepping on the sand during our dinner. The best thing about this restaurant is âYou can bring your own drink conceptâ which you can save a real amount of money. You can bring your own raki or wine and they serve it for 20TL per person. This is not mentioned any where thatâs the bad point. They also donât give you a menu and you donât know how much your orders costs! I donât trust this kind of places. But they have fish and salad menu for 35 TL and the fish was very delicious. They also have live music.

We ate at Salt Kitchen 6 evenings out of the 14 nights we were in Turgutreis. We couldnât fault the food, surroundings or the service by Sehmus and his team and of course the most beautiful sunsets anyone can imagine. You can have a meal before going into Turgutreis for the evening or just while away the hours there. Definitely 5 stars - if there was 6 it would be that! Canât wait for next year.

Lapikant Restaurant, offers a wide range of food and excellent service, definitely the best steaks in Turgutreis, I had the chefs special steak and it was delicious, I would also recommend the traditional chicken and lamb dish cooked with peppers and tomatoes in a clay pot. Itâs in the perfect location, right on the seafront, if your visiting Turgutreis donât miss it !!
