I recently enjoyed a nice crab leg dinner at this Red Lobster. I was impressed by the attention to detail and friendly staff. The food was cooked as I had requested. The Cole Slaw was very fresh. They offer REAL Baked Potato that are oven baked Excellent service for entire meal

Convivial chain dishing up hearty portions of New Orleans-style seafood, steaks, salads & more.
The servers, hospitality, food, scenery, atmosphere...everything was awesome!!There was enough food in the meal to take home...the manager even came out and stated he had never seen us there before and gave us a free slice of cheesecake for being a first timer... I have already went back since my first time and will definitely be going back.

Our overall experience was good, but there's room for improvement. The seasoning / spices are a bit too much; food temperature varies widely; and I wish they would remove the food from the plastic bags prior to serving it. The food quality and value are fine. We plan to go back soon and try it again.

This location has a nice eating area including one large table for ten. Located at a busy intersection of Lawrenceville Highway (US 29) and Hugh Howell Road in the new city of Tucker (Tucker has been around for decades but achieved cityhood as of 2016). Have eaten here and also ordered take-out, but this visit was not too pleasant (July 2016). By the time this is read, perhaps new staff has been hired. Personnel were angry in the kitchen, food prep was slow, and the cashier was distracted three times. Food however was good when I got it home!
If your diet includes fried foods now and then, the fish, shrimp, chicken, hush puppies, and other cuisine at Captain D's is the place for you. The food is good, service a little slow, and prices very reasonable. They now tout "senior meals" for older folks and have a nice sample plate for under $5 bucks.
